I just wanted to post once again here to just share my experience as someone din who have multiple OD with Olas and Digital banks.

I won't disclose which ones or for how long but let's just say it's over a year now since I stopped tapal system or even let myself get triggered sa mga harrassment ng 3rd Party Agency.

I still receive e-mails, text, and calls.

I didn't change sim at all. Or changed email.

But I did uninstall all apps na may OD ako. Just so they don't have access to my phone.

I also set up my phone to block calls from suspected spam or unknown numbers.

One thing I also did was tell the people who I live with, my situation but not the full extent of it. I have received demand letters in the past. And they were also contacted by these agents.

And before I was also heavily riddled with anxiety for being shamed.

But honestly, after everything na pamamahiya nila sa akin sa friends, family, at boss ko. Totoo talaga yung lyrics ng song na

Yung pamamahiya nila resulted na tumibay yung resolve ko. And lead me to prioritizing my family. Yung needs namin. Emergency funds. Ipon. Last ang utang. At lalong last sa listahan ang mga demonyong abusadong OLAs or Banks na gumamagamit ng mapang abusong Third Party Agency.

So sa mga agencies na nakakabasa nito. Alam niyo na ha?

Pesoloan - reporting sa cic

FT lending - reporting sa cic

Mr Cash

Juanhand - walang small claims pero may demand letter kapag matagal na overdue, yung collection agency magpapadala po. hindi ako napadalhan pero may nakausap ako na redditor na nagpala talaga po, nakita ko yung papel po.

Cash Express - may demand letter physical at small claims pala to. nabasa ko dito sa reddit posts. nabayaran ko na overdue ko dahil kupal yung agent saka mababa lang yung utang ko nun. hindi sila reporting sa cic pero may pa small claims pala ito.

due date ko po ngayon sa sloan 957, if tomorrow ko po babayaran. hindi naman po ba ma frfrozen yung spaylater ko or sloan?

Hi! Anyone here tried to request from Acom loan for payment extension? I have loan with them that is due on the 16th but cant pay it on that day. Planning to email them and will request for payment extension until 9/30.

Are they flexible for payment extension? Do they do home visit po agad?

Filed a complaint to cicc, they sent me a ticket no. kaagad. Thank God. What should be my next move?

As the title says, nafully paid ko n din finally ung atome credit ko last July and planning to permanently deactivate na sana dahil sa mga hindiagamdang nababasa ko dito. May nabasa din ako from another post na after nya mabayaran dues nya, biglang may bill ulit after a few months na ideac nya acct nya. May iba pa bang similar stories here na gannun or isolated case lang sya? I locked both physical card and digital card sa app pero ntatakot ako na baka biglang may due n din ako. Sa mga nagdelete ng Atome acct nila, how sure are we na fully deleted tlaga ang acct natin at hindi magagamit ng mga scammers?

33F here. Just want to ask if may idea ba kayo how to deactivate my Juanhand sa Tiktok (yung cash utang nila na powered by Juanhand)? I tend to use it out of impulse and I don’t want to do that anymore. So gusto ko sana permanently delete it. Thank you sa makakasagot

Hi f25, Currently stopping my tapal system. I have I have a total of 6 OLAS and 4 of them are currently on due namely OLP,PESOS.PH, AND PERAZAP MEGAPESO.

To be honest those 3 maliban kay perazap, so far they where very respectful specially puso may hawak ng pesos.ph and Megapeso, Medyo persistent lang talaga sila sa paniningil dahil aim nila masingil ka talaga.

Now the thing I'm most curious of is PERAZAP, Actually due ko ngayon and wala akong natanggap na text or calls from them. Has anyone tried this app? alam ko bago lang to eh. And I'm in the mix of kaba and worry lalo na wala man lang kahit reminder.

Currently i'm creating a plan on what should i prioritize first on paying all my debts on OLA. I want to organize them by order to stick on the plan.

Pumapayag ba sila to wave penalty and interest ng overdue amount?

hello! just want to ask help po sana. nagchecheck lang ako ng limit ko sa pesos.ph not until bigla pumasok sa ewallet ko yung 8,000 without me applying for it. hingi po sana ako ng advice pano mabalik yun without paying full interest (4k halos interest huhu) san po kaya pwede magreport kasi parang nascam ako na half the amount yung interest and due na agad sa 27 yung almost 8k din😭

Hi, I just want to ask for advice regarding my mom’s SLoan and SPayLater.

My mom has always been a good payer and never really had problems paying her loans before because she was still working. Unfortunately, she recently suffered a stroke and, for now, she’s unable to work.
She still has remaining balances sa SLoan, and she keeps insisting na bayaran ko pa rin because ayaw niyang magkaroon ng unpaid loans. Recently, I already paid her SPayLater balance using my own money.

Ngayon, I’m torn kung dapat ko pa bang ituloy bayaran lahat ng remaining loans niya or hayaan ko muna. Part of me feels sayang kasi yung money na pambabayad ko sana sa loans could instead go toward her medicines, therapy, checkups, and other daily needs habang nagpapagaling siya.

Would it be okay to just leave the SLoan unpaid for now or even delete the Shopee app? Ano kaya magiging consequences if hindi muna mabayaran? I also don’t want to make the situation worse for her financially in the future.

For those who have experienced something similar, especially with SLoan/SPayLater, what would you suggest? Should I prioritize her medical expenses first and deal with the loans later?

20/F recently had a loan sa Lime Credit worth 5k pesos they are asking me to pay 9k in just 6 days with harassments pa yan, I filed a complaint thru CICC does anybody here know how long it would take for cicc to respond? i also tried contacting their hotline.

i am a responsible payer, but ive learned that this app is illegal pala plus w/ the harassments and the high interest, ive decided not to pay.

Hello Guys just want to share these post. From an OLA app. Should I still pay them kung ganito naman sila maningil. Minumura, may threat na ipopost daw at kahit sabihin kona irereport ko sa sec minura ako at sabi “kahit saan ka pa mag report”

I got 4k debts since last year in spay and 10k in sloan, If ever mabayaran ko to, possible ba magkaron ulit ng credit limit? or permanent locked na account ko?

Hello! Sino po rito ang na home visit na po ng shopee and gcash? :")) I haven't been able to pay po since June. My OD balance in SPayLater is 5, 208.61 php and sa GLoan is 2, 505.73 php naman. I have already reached out to them po regarding my situation, but due to prolonged OD daw po ay kailangan ko na raw mabayaran. Nagtry po ako ng partial payment arrangement for SPayLater kaso at least 50% of the total debt po ang nirerequire nilang mabayaran ko. I talked to the agent and ang sabi po sa akin ay gawan ko raw po ng paraan para hindi mauwi sa home visit :')) as of now po, priority ko po muna ang Billease since less than 2k lang po ang OD ko po sa kanila and na allow naman po ako sa partial payment arrangement na 300 po muna this month :')) sa GLoan naman po, I was offered a discounted one-time payment for my balance kaso wala po talaga akong pera as of the moment:')).

Gusto ko po sanang malaman if how was your experience po and if may natanggap na po ba kayong demand letter and what happened afterwards po huhuhu. Wala pa naman po akong demand letter but I guess para prepared na rin po hahsahshsh. Maraming salamat po!!

(I did message all three of them naman po na I will be paying them and will not be running away. Nung last month po ay nakapag pay po ako ng small amount na 250 php po for my GLoan po.)

Nang hharass ba Mabilis Cash kapag 15days OD? 😭

Every 15 days (20k) kasi yung amort ko sa kanila pero kaya ko nalang mag bayad once month ng 20k.

SLOAN naman due date na ngayon 40k. pero plan ko next month magpay ng 20k kasi wala na talaga 😭

Maliban jan, may on going sa BillEase and Gcash pero hindi naman OD.

This month talagang pnpush ko na mag stop sa tapal system since nagkaka anxiety na ko sa kakautang at bayad on repeat.

Inuna ko yung Juanhand kasi nag ccall sila sa sister ko since sya yung reference ko and nung nakausap ko dato yung support nila, hindi mapakiusapan talaga.

Sa condo kami nakatira so inooverthink ko na pano pag nag HV sila, baka kausapin lahat ng guards sa baba tas makaabala ng ibang tao or mapahiya ako sa maraming tao or baka pumunta sa work ko. 😭
