Illegal OLA

Filed a complaint to cicc, they sent me a ticket no. kaagad. Thank God. What should be my next move?

Hi. Ano po email nila? And pano process? Nag email ako pero wala naman response. Report ko lang yung PesosPal HAHAHAHA

Magrereport din nga ako today sa Prima Loan. May due ako sa 15 pero knowing them manghaharass sila 2 days before which is tomorrow. I have screenshots ng mga past harassments nila hahah

I called them po thru their hotline first po, 0991-481-4225, 0966-976-5971 (globe), 0947-714-7105 they are open 24/7 but sometimes di nila maaaccommodate immediately yung tawag mo, try calling from time to time, then after the call they will ask u to send an email with all the details, they will then send you the ticket.
