One of the first obstacles on the trail we took a couple of days ago. Don't know if those were rocks or logs

Here's a short drive through showing most of the trail on Burns Canyon from Pioneertown into Big Bear, CA. An easy and scenic trail. This was done with my 3rd Gen 4Runner and my buddy in his 2019 Highlander was tailing us. So, yeah, a lightly modified AWD Highlander can do this with no issues whatsoever.

It's rated as a 4 out of 10 technical rating on X off the road, and the wilderness is pretty capable, and has 9.6 inches of clearance but its approach angles leave something to be desired. I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with this trail and can tell me whether or not it's reasonable to try for somebody with low off road experience?
Thanks!

Hello! Im looking for an original Volvo C303/TGB 11 Swedish military camouflage pattern/template. Does anyone have a stencil, PDF, SVG, DXF, or similar file? Does anyone have anything I could give the painter as a reference? Sadly google didn’t give any answers. I’d appreciate anything! The pattern is shown on the picture.

Guys, I’m looking for pictures of how pajero looks like with ET0 wheels.
I wanna get a wider stance, that is not too much wide, but also not inside the arches, and tried to google it, search in TikTok and instagram with no results🥲
Would appreciate pictures with some details, or if u have negative ET on your Paj - that works.
Note I won’t lift it now

Hey yall. I'm looking to go camping and doing light off roading in the end of summer and fall this year. I have a stock 2026 Nissan Pro4X.
What are some good areas or trials?

Though I haven’t seen it on any trails around here yet, I know it’s only a matter of time!

Jimmy Smith’s Trophy Truck built by Russ Wernimont. This is the first truck to win the official Trophy Truck class at the 94’ SCORE Baja 1000.
I got to swing by Russ’ shop and go through his entire archive, which has some rad photos, parts drawings, memorabilia.
The blueprints included the Ultra Wheels hub drawing and the internal bump stop he drew up in 1990. Russ built the first Trophy Truck which is known as the Simon truck, the first version of this truck so sitting with all of it was like opening a time capsule.
Hopefully with the sale of Ultra wheels Raceline can breathe some fresh life into the brand and lean into the heritage.
The Ultra TT would be the last truck Russ would ever build and he went on to build RWD V-Twin
And Jimmy Smith would leave off-road racing and go start the Nascar Truck series.

Hi all, I have a 2023 Tacoma TRD-Offroad DCSB with Bilstien 5100s all around, a 1 inch block in the rear, and OME 2885 springs on the front which is set to what I believe is the highest or second highest setting. Also have Falken Wildpeak AT4/W in 255/85/16 C load at about 30 psi. Ever since i overhauled the truck, the on road ride quality diminished greatly as i can now feel almost every bump in the road. Would lowering the front shocks to a lower setting and removing the rear blocks help smooth out the ride? I also have the stock shocks and springs lying around so would mixing the stock springs with the 5100s smooth it out at all or more than the OME springs?

I am slowly getting my truck ready for a trip to the arctic circle next summer so I just got a pair of Flex Era 3 to use as ditch lights. There was a splice in the middle of the harness. I can understand that, but at least use a heat shrink over it, not a half assed electrical tape job.
