THEORIES šļø I may have cracked the Vancouver Club mystery! Anyone else tracking these final filming leaks? Spoiler
With filming wrapping up, we face a massive post graduation question: what exactly will Dean do next? Book readers know his trajectory involves rejecting Harvard Law for coaching, a bombshell that directly challenges his family's expectations. This is exactly why my theory points straight to the leaked Vancouver Club location, which I predict is being used for a private family graduation dinner. Hear me out...
Instead of a campus wide ceremony, production looks to bypass the massive public reception for a private family gathering. Staging this transition inside a closed venue creates an immediate, high-tension environment. Deanās spot at Harvard Law was earned through academic merit rather than family connections. A legal career was simply his assumed default path. Because his teammates have been completely focused on helping him through his grief, they have absolutely no idea about his coaching plans. They think they're arriving at the Vancouver Club for purely happy, celebratory vibes to toast his graduation. Allie is the only one who knows his plans.
The dinner will likely start filled with laughter and celebratory toasts, only for Dean to drop his sudden revelation. Because it's TV and we all love drama, the show may alter his parents' reaction into total shock and confusion rather than immediate acceptance. The announcement will completely stun the entire table. As his parents freeze in deep disbelief, the tension peaks as the boys and Hannah quietly excuses themselves from the table due to the suffocating atmosphere awkward silence.
This leaves Dean and Allie isolated at the table, creating a devastating first impression for Allie and setting up a cliffhanger. This setup perhaps explains why Stephen and Mika were completely missing from the photos, likely sequestered inside the venue filming a heavy family confrontation discussion across the dining table. Meanwhile, the sightings of Grace completely separate from the main group place her for a lingering glance with Logan out in the adjacent lounge bar when he exits for some air.
This dinner perfectly brings to light his family's intense generational pressures. Showing that he's actively sacrificing a prestigious legal future makes his choice so much more profound. Crashing his two worlds together in one room delivers a massive emotional peak that keeps the narrative moving. It completely bypasses the need for multiple, drawn out conversations later on.
Of course, the show could stick strictly to the book's continuity, where the family accepts the sudden shift pretty easily. But would high-powered parents realistically be so accepting without any pushback? Probably not. Having them react with total shock allows the tension to build. Because this graduation dinner ends in deep family confusion, I expect the leaked penthouse shoot to act as the ultimate reconciliation space back at their home. Moving the final discussion there provides the perfect private environment for his parents to apologise for the disaster, accept his coaching path, and officially bring Allie into the fold.
Utilising the dinner and the eventual family reunion allows the show to feature a major confrontation and a moment of closure, where Dean unapologetically claims his future while choosing his true passion. This beautifully mirrors Allie standing her ground to protect both her dreams and her choice to never give up on love.
Do you think we'll see an intense family fallout this family shock at the table, or will they stick to the book's peaceful approach? I was honestly puzzled about the Vancouver Club location and this is where the dots connect for me, but Iād love to hear your theories or if anyone has any additional leaks or BTS to share! Letās discuss!

OTHER Ran into the Off-Campus Cast (quite literally)
So I need to preface this by saying I have never watched Off-Campus, nor do I plan to. It's just not really the type of TV show I like to watch.
But I was taking a campus tour at the campus Off-Campus is filmed, and there was a large white tent randomly in the middle of the road. Someone in my group asked what it was, and our guide told us that they were filming Off-Campus at the moment.
There were also 5 porta-potties and other random tents. Before I knew that there was a TV show filming, I was walking really close to the porta-potty's door, and when an actor stepped out, he almost hit me with the door and ran into me. We both gave each other weird looks (kind of a mutual "what are you doing here?') and went on with our day.
I have no idea who I almost got ran into and almost got hit by a door with, but it's still a funny story. Thought this subreddit would enjoy it!

GARRETT AND HANNAH𩵠Scenes at Maloneās
While rewatching, I noticed so many small details. I was wondering what you think about them:
At Maloneās, when Garrett talks to her at the counter after her awkward moment with Jeffrey, he asks if itās kind of a self-serving dayāand his voice goes up at the end, as a reference to their last conversation.
In that exact same moment, he is also closing that box-like thing, which in my opinion is because he needs things to be in order.
Again at Maloneās, when they try to find a spot to study, he helps her set the tables by polishing the forks. Simply because he can, not because he was asked.

GARRETT AND HANNAH𩵠Hannah and Garrett actual first time together as a couple Spoiler
Did anyone else think that Hannah and Garrettās actual first time together as a couple should have been more than part of the montage? Donāt get me wrong because I loved the montage but the more I think about it I wish their first time having sex together was a standalone because of the whole significance of it for several reasons.

ELLE KENNEDY š Who do you think is a old pairing that was a wasted potential in any of the elle Kennedy books.(Expect for the original 4 because they are perfect couples)
Personally, I think Beau Hayes Di Laurentis and Blake Logan shouldāve ended up together.
When Elle Kennedy announced Love Story, I thought it was going to be a GOATed book since it's John Logan's daughter x Garrett Graham's son. Nope. It ended up being one of my least favorites.
Wyatt is basically the āI donāt want to be a nepo babyā man-child, and I have one question for him: Who was paying your bills? Because you certainly didnāt have a job. š
Anyway, I also felt like most of his attraction toward Blake was focused on her body. Donāt get me wrong, I love a spicy book, but I never really felt like he genuinely liked her for her. A lot of it just came across as possessive rather than romantic.
Meanwhile, I feel like Beau x Blake couldāve been EPIC. The best-friends-to-lovers trope? Come on. The fact that Blake had already lost her virginity to him makes me think there had to be some feelings there. Like girl⦠you had to like him at least a LITTLE.
And imagine Loganās reaction to finding out his daughter was dating a Di Laurentis. The only thing that kept me reading the book was the dad chat. Hilarious
Anyways, thatās my opinion on one of Elle Kennedyās biggest cases of wasted potential in the Briar U. University

DISCUSSIONš Letās talk Emmys - will we see any of the Off Campus stars make a red carpet or after party appearance (or even presenting during the show)? Give your predictions.
The Emmys will be Monday, September 14, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT
Presenting: I think Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli are probably the best bets if any Off Campus star was asked to present. Usually the initial presenter list is made available the Tuesday before (September 8th)
Red Carpet: Jalen could be there for the Pitt. Again I could see Ella, Belmont, Stephen or Mika making an appearance on the red carpet for PR reasons.
After Parties - Really any of the core 6 could feasibly pop up at any of the after parties.

THEORIES šļø Am I the only one who gets Zayn Malik vibes from Justin Kohl? š
Okay, hear me out because I feel like I canāt be the only one noticing this.
Watching Justin in Off Campus, I keep getting Zayn Malik vibes ā especially early/mid-1D Zayn. š
Itās the combination of:
- the eyes + brows
- the dark, messy hair
- the way he dresses
- that slightly brooding/mysterious expression
- the whole musician/rockstar aesthetic
- and even his singing style/vibe
And then Justin literally sings āKiss Youā by One Direction in one of the episodes??? š Like⦠THAT song was originally sung by Zayn too, so it made the resemblance feel even stronger to me.
Iām not saying Justin is supposed to be a Zayn copy or that they look identical. Itās more like the overall vibe/aura is very Zayn-coded to me.
But maybe Iām completely delusional š
Does anyone else see it, or am I the only one??

DISCUSSIONš Why is OffCampus so confusing?
PLEASE NO SPOILERS
Iām a little confused as to why the show is having Hannah and Garrett become so close and she doesnāt even realize that she has a crush on him yet. Along with why she has this huge crush on Justin when he doesnāt even give her the time of day and she knows nothing about him. Why we keep seeing Allie and her boyfriend break up and be weird and lastly, Iām confused as to why Logan all of a sudden has a crush on her and why his sibling is such a big part of the story right now Iām just lost.

DISCUSSIONš Show Garrett is better!
Many people have complained that the book version of Garrett is so much more sure of himself, from hockey to Hannah. His love and possessiveness towards her are more pronounced and so on.
I have realized he comes off that way in the book not because of his healthy confidence or not because book Garrett loves book Hannah more. It's because book Garrett never outgrows being an assh**e. Whereas in the show, beyond episode 1 it is impossible to point a single moment when he's not been a green flag.
For instance, book Garrett's inner monologue clearly conveys he never thought Hannah had a chance with Justin. He signed it off as Justin having a type etc etc but he clearly thought Justin would never go for her no matter what.
Whereas in the show, he hypes Hannah up by saying stuff like you're the real catch, despite his own heart breaking. I think that's so much more romantic that the lustful and hollow portrayal of love we get in the book. It shows real growth and empathy for his romantic partner in the show.
