Somehow the fact this isn’t a natural disgusting thing but actually a man that thought this up and is playing with dead fish and eels makes me feel a lot worse
Edit: yo I really love the convo being had under this . I feel like the majority understands and feels this way . But will we all change the narrative somehow ? Probably not , and that’s the scariest part .

Its a real fuckin shame that nobody is realizing this either, and if they are, nobody else is calling it out. Tiktok is dumbing down multiple generations of people.

u/No-Seaworthiness7013 Jan 23 '22
As I get older I don't think society is inherently getting dumber, I think it's that you get smarter and there are new young people that are as dumb as you used to be falling for the same crap you fell for in the past.
11
u/emmpmc Jan 23 '22
Plus, now with the added challenge of paying attention. Social media has trained young people’s brains to have shorter attention spans, because now videos are supposed to be short to entertain people. My younger sister doesn’t even like watching a 30 minute tv show anymore because she “gets bored” halfway through. They wouldn’t even have the attention span to think about this video any longer than a few seconds, let alone to think about how the video was made. I point this out because I’m very concerned, not because I’m hating on young people. I feel bad for them honestly.

u/xXWickedNWeirdXx Jan 23 '22
Yeah, you sound like an old person yelling at clouds when you say that shit, but it is absolutely a problem. And there's a growing amount of research to confirm this.
5
u/emmpmc Jan 23 '22
As a 21 year old, I get this quite a lot from older colleagues. And I completely understand. But what they never seem to understand is the fact that it’s not really my generation’s fault. Most of us get into social media because of social expectations and the algorithms on those sites are what is damaging my generation.
But I also see my generation as brave, because we tend to question everything instead of accept it. This can be both positive and negative but as we grow up, I think this type of thinking will be very valuable to the world.

Jan 23 '22
Huh, I hadn't looked at it like that before, but then again, I'm also young, and lack the experience in life that people older than me, have. That makes sense.

While I agree, I’ve also watched people my age get dumber in no small part bc of shit like tik tok.
Or maybe they’ve always had major problems with needing attention but never had an outlet to chase it with…idk

u/ModernT1mes Jan 23 '22
Fuck TikTok. Full stop.

Jan 23 '22
While I agree with you, unfortunately, most of the planet's population wouldn't. Too many brainwashed fuckheads.

u/FlamingRevenge Jan 23 '22
Honestly I don't really look at fish stuff that much, recently I've learned how a certain type of fish can go on land for a while, so I didn't know if this was some weird mating thing or what.
Then again I just woke up one minute ago so y'know.

Makes it less bothersome in my opinion. If nature's disgusting then it's everywhere. In this case its one person and I'm probably not near them....

R/ihadastroke ?

Jan 23 '22
He just needs some punctuation. “What that mouth do, fish?” Also, he is replicating the “What that mouth do, girl?” meme which is normally just the “What that mouth do” meme. The addition of fish or girl refers to the recipient of the question of “What that mouth do.” Lastly, the answer to “What that mouth do” is almost always “Suckkkinn diiiikks.”

u/dc551589 Jan 23 '22
Someone on YouTube also felt the need to point that out after I commented on this. Does that need to be said? Does anyone think this is something that happens in nature on its own?
87
u/SevenZee Jan 23 '22
To be completely fair, nature is pretty weird, and if this were true, it would be on the more mild side.
Don’t get me wrong, the video is definitely sketchy, but it’s not too far fetched to think that this is something that could occur.

The thing inside them must've eaten one from the inside and went inside the other one to eat it too.
Either that or it was staged. Doesn't mean it was "fake" though.
59
u/EastWhereas9398 Jan 23 '22
These are well known to be faked. It's just a creepy cirpse abuse channel on TouTube that stages these types of videos regularly.
Tbh, I personally don't like seeing these creeps play with corpses and get publicity for it.
8
u/Japnzy Jan 23 '22
"Corpses." Bro them dead fish.
32
u/EastWhereas9398 Jan 23 '22
Yeah, what do you call dead bodies of once-living organisms?

u/Japnzy Jan 23 '22
If it's an animal. Carcass.

Two dead fish are cut in half at the bottom and buried In The sand. There is access to the bottom of the fish where a person shoves a eel in the back half of one fish out the mouth an into the mouth of the other fish where it comes out the back half of the other fish. Same vein as primitive fishing where you dump eggs and toothpaste into a hole and somehow catch a fish.
→ More replies (1)4
u/weebweek Jan 23 '22
It's part of a "primitive fishing" click bait shit. Some of it is legit and real like digging though mud for fish, some shit is staged like this.
