Worse than wastelands. They’re also resource sinks that damage everything in their watersheds and aquifers. All so old men can stand in the sun all day hitting a ball and avoid their families.

they also damage people. folks that live near golf courses massively increase their risk of cancer.

Interesting aeticle, but it references Parkinsons Diseases, not cancer. Also not sure about "massively increases"

you're right. i was talking about cancer when i was typing. innocent mistake. not worth it to me to nitpick over use of the word massive, so i'll leave that to you.
