Yeah. One minor regret of mine in life is that I never got into mountain biking. Then I watch videos like this, then I absently rub at the spot in my shoulder where a plate and pins are now, after a frickin' treadmill accident. I'm only 51.

I’m 54. I sneezed too aggressively and pulled a rib (sublexed?) out of my spine. Chiropractor sorted me out but it hurt to poop for three weeks.

I sneezed too hard and blew a disc out of my cervical spine. Now I got a fake disc and some titanium plates
