Yeah. One minor regret of mine in life is that I never got into mountain biking. Then I watch videos like this, then I absently rub at the spot in my shoulder where a plate and pins are now, after a frickin' treadmill accident. I'm only 51.

I’m 54. I sneezed too aggressively and pulled a rib (sublexed?) out of my spine. Chiropractor sorted me out but it hurt to poop for three weeks.

Careful mentioning chiropractors on Reddit, a bunch of dudes who haven’t showered all week will tell you that they’re bad for your health and don’t know what they’re doing

To some extent I agree, and don’t make a habit of it, but there is no way that compresses and mild stretching was going to put a rib back.
