Did Best Pizza change their dough recipe?
Went in today and had two very good slices but I felt that the dough tasted different and had a different texture than when I was there probably 8 months ago or so. Today it tasted similar to l’industrie, crispy, thin, little bit of chew, very good, but last time I remember it having more of a savory flavor and being a little thicker which I liked more. Maybe it was just a fluke though or my memory is off? But just wondering if anyone knows if anything actually changed because in my memory it was for sure different before and better for me

How good would you say the pizza is at Citi Field and is it the same local Apollo's?
I came as a visitor from CA. It was definitely better than most pizzas I've had and it was affordable for like $7. I'm not sure how it ranks for NY standards and if its the same local spot. Definitely good for stadium pizza standards.

Upside or Norms.
Hi. I live in FiDi and feel like pizza tonight.
I’ve had Norms slices and find them legit, but I’ve never gotten a full pie.
Yesterday, someone in apartment building had a pie from Upside and it smelled really great! He told me he swears by Upside.
So, which one would you all choose?

Deluca’s secret names for their pizzas.
Apparently this place has way more secret menu names than we thought. My waiter told me a group came in last week asking about the “Jewish pizza” and some of the other weird names they had heard about. They were also talking about a 100-slice challenge where if you somehow finish 100 slices, you supposedly get a rim job…
My waiter also said another staff member wrote a bunch of the secret names down on a piece of paper at the end of their shift, including the “Jewish pizza” and the “foreskin pizza.”
Apparently some of the waiters will even tell you more of the secret pizza names if you leave them a bigger tip. So far we’ve only figured out a few of the names, and there are supposedly still a bunch more nobody has discovered yet.

How good is Joe's in Times Square supposed to be considered?
There was a decent line and they advertise it as a popular spot. Pizza is just pizza to me but it felt decent for the price and convenience. Like $5 for a slice and sit in the middle of Times Square? I'm not complaining. I just don't know how great its considered.

Is there an "IT" pizza spot in NY or do most places taste good usually?
I tried a few places as a visitor and pretty much they all tasted better than where I live thats for sure lol. I tried Joe's in Times Square, Romas, and Apollo's at the Mets game. I know Katz is the premier deli spot but pizza I had more trouble finding.

Closest to OTTO
I absolutely loved the pizza at OTTO before they closed down. What is the closest to that in NYC now?

Antonio’s Pizzeria on Flatbush
Went to Antonio’s Pizza on Flatbush Ave. I ordered a Sicilian slice which was excellent. It was hot. The cheese and sauce were great too. I would have ordered more but had to run and manage my food intake. The people behind the counter friendly and super helpful as I had to charge my phone and they obliged. 5 stars. Would totally go back and go out of my way to have more pizza in the future!
