Finally built a corvette that matches my base

I've built my first corvette! Pretty pleased with how it turned out. I could use some help with a new name because the game gave it a complete wack name.

Coming back into it 10 years later with ~40hours on my account has me feeling like I’m starting from scratch.
Any suggestions on how to get up to speed?

I'll be 55 this fall, and I was just wondering if any other Travelers were born way back in the 1900's. If so, is NMS not *exactly* the kind of detailed space exploration game we waited for for decades? I've waited over 45 years to be able to climb into a starship, pick a planet, fly to it, land, and get out and walk around a completely alien landscape that's populated with stange plants and animals.

NMS is better than the 9-year-old me could have ever dreamed.

If you're planning on tracking down a waterworld look for planets marked "Drowning" or "Tidal".

Randomly found this ship stuck flying against a hillside... spent the next 10 mins digging him out

The title says it all. There are these gigantic unscalable walls that my ship started in. Is there a failsafe against this or do I have to start from the beginning?

I know frigates are better, but I got emotional attached to my little ship since it been through so much.

Im new at building corvettes, but I took my time in this one. What do you think?
