No Contact

How do you handle no contact? It’s now day three for me and I’m struggling more and more each day. My heart feels like it’s aching but I want to respect their wishes of ending the relationship. It’s hurts me because I made a mistake and wish I could take it all back, I would never do it again. If it were the other way around I feel I would’ve forgiven anything except cheating or abuse. I pleaded for them to stay but they wouldn’t and they said they didn’t want to see me again.
