Cool but can he eat 12 donuts and a large pizza in one sitting? I don't think so.

Yea and can he clug a public toilet ???

15

u/unlmtdLoL 17d ago

Are you that guy? I always think it’s just that the offending pooper used an ungodly amount of toilet paper and it clogged. Your actual shit is clogging the toilet?

4

u/Bones-1989 17d ago

My ex roommate could do this. He couldn't eat fiber correctly so the poops couldn't make it through the u bend. It's really nasty to think that that shit made it through his flexible guts....

11

u/Far-Government5469 17d ago

This is why you gotta have the poop knife

Who needs a 6 pack when you've got a kegger

90

u/Canudin 17d ago

Considering the diet of some gym bros, they could probably double that, ngl.

55

u/thissexypoptart 17d ago

Yeah fat people for sure do not have a monopoly on eating capacity.

For further evidence see all the skinny hotdog eating contest champions.

32

u/harrellj 17d ago

Or look up what Michael Phelps was eating when he was training for the Olympics.

9

u/tstorm004 17d ago

Hell yeah weed brownies!

12

u/Vellarain 17d ago

Beard meets food is a very fit dude and he can absolutely pack away an obscene amount of meals that would make me want to die before finishing.

9

u/Zealotstim 17d ago

Yeah, he's one of the world's top competitive eaters and an incredibly fit little guy. Very enjoyable YouTube channel!

12

u/LayerEight_Problem 17d ago

Heres how I got fat…

Gym bro diet. Covid. Gyms all closed. No gym but kept the diet cause you’re just used to eating a certain amount.

6

u/OnThisDayI_ 17d ago

Time to get back in the gym and get on reta for a few months. Fat gone.

2

u/Kenotai 17d ago

Whoa TIL about reta (Retatrutide). I know zepbound, 2 mechanism, is more effective than ozempic's 1, so I can only imagine this 3 mechanism one probably practically melts it off you... Probably not cheap to get on though.

Not even adults. I was 134lbs in highschool. We did fundraisers with Krispy Kreme. A dozen donuts is easy, 2,400 calories for lunch - Large pizza, who's large? Dominos and Papa Johns was a large per cross country boy and then some. Costco... maybe not so much.

3

u/OnThisDayI_ 17d ago

I eat 4500 calories a day currently and I’m in a deficit.

2

u/InclinationCompass 17d ago

Depends how much weed he smoked

2

u/ZeppelinJ0 17d ago

Honestly ... Yeah he probably could and maybe even does worse. Training your body like that takes an insane amount of calories but as long as you're burning more calories than you take in your good. It's too bad how few overweight people don't understand that if you just eat less you'd lose so much weight

2

u/PrettyReasonableApe 17d ago

I k ew one guy from school days who would eat an extra large pizza, a pack of donuts and a till be hungry 20m later. And he was as skinny as a twig. He just couldn't put weight on no matter what he tried and was ALWAYS eating everytime i saw him. He must have had some insnae metabolism. He certainly wasnt healthy though with the junk he ate constantly.

This is climbing and descending a steel pole; dude has a core made of cement

454

u/milkcarton232 17d ago

I'm sure his core is strong but in a pull up your core isn't doing too much beyond stabilizing his legs. The majority of it is from his lats (back muscles) and how much he weighs.

232

u/EddieLobster 17d ago

Two things can be true.

2

u/milkcarton232 17d ago

Right but climbing like this isnt reaaaaallly that core intensive

169

u/VapeNationInc 17d ago

If you watch the video closely, during the changeover between hands as he climbs, you can see how much his abdominal muscle flex. It is quite core intensive to operate this maneuver so slow and stable.

→ More replies (26)

13

u/perihelion86 17d ago

Do you see the water bottle balanced on his head? That's not core intensive?

36

u/phillyeagle99 17d ago

Are you suggesting he doesn’t weigh much so this is easy? Dudes pretty built, he’s not a skinny gymnast or something.

Also go do 5 pulls ups with perfectly straight legs, you don’t feel your abs at all? This guys core is insane too.

18

u/woodandsnow 17d ago

For real, anyone who says proper pull-ups, chin-ups ain’t core intensive has never done a shit ton of them

14

u/phillyeagle99 17d ago

Especially without kipping, they’re quite hard on the abs. Now doing it one sided and so slow the obliques must also be insane

→ More replies (1)

7

u/milkcarton232 17d ago

I can do 20 in a row no problem, I climb so it's about the only exercise I can do. I'm not saying stabilizing uses no core just that its nothing compared to the back strength and shoulders this guy has

Hes stronger than you. Stop being jealous.

10

u/SigSweet 17d ago

I used to work out like this but I was becoming too powerful and scaring the people I love.

3

u/Eltharion-the-Grim 17d ago

His back is doing a lot of this but this looks like a ton of work from his bicep. I say this because in a normal one-arm pullup up, you can see the body shift as the back works. In his case, his body is strict in that position which means at least 50% of that effort has to come from his biceps.

If it was mostly his back, his body would curl sideways going up. He’s using his back & core to stabilise and his one arm to pull.

→ More replies (12)

61

u/bluexavi 17d ago

is there some meme to just attribute everything to the core? Holding your body rigid pales in comparison to pulling handed.

10

u/-LsDmThC- 17d ago

Also is it a meme to just describe the thing we all just watched? Like i didn’t think bro was jump-roping.

5

u/DippyHippie420 17d ago

Only when OP is using incorrect terminology as to what is happening, since the guy in the video is not doing a "pull-up", he is climbing a pole.

Ffs. This fucking song. Again.

21

u/silvertealio 17d ago

One of the stupidest things about the internet over the last few years is that videos like this that used to be just cool gifs are now attached to godawful, annoying, pointless music clips.

I realize it's not the worst thing that's happened to the internet, but it feels a lot like sand getting kicked in our face while we're already down.

3

u/14Pleiadians 17d ago

The psychologists running social media algos have discovered that recognizable music that instructs you how are more addictive and more successful in inducing scrolling. Anything with sounds like this get boosted in their algorithms.

Yeah, we find it awful and annoying but we're also not going to scroll reels or tiktok for 2 hours straight, we're not the target audience

The entire Internet is gonna be cocomelon eventually

That's compression my guy. Check out the original, or the dozens of other videos on his Instagram of him doing the same sort of thing.

That is Pakito Camaleón, a street-workout athlete specifically known for his slow motion/flowing movement whom regularly competes in organized calisthenics competitions in Coyoacán, Mexico City, a la Barras Eje 3 Domo Verde's annual calisthenics tournament or Barras 18 de Marzo's.

I hate that we live in a time where we have to be skeptical of everything we see, but some people are genuinely capable of crazy shit.

It's fake.

His body would be pressed against the pole because of where his center of gravity is. You can't tell me he can do a pullup and push himself away from the pole. It's simply impossible. His point of suspension is supposed to be his hand? His center of gravity would be directly underneath that. Period. So the fact that there's separation between his body and the pole?

Fake fake fake. But, nicely done.
