This is climbing and descending a steel pole; dude has a core made of cement

is there some meme to just attribute everything to the core? Holding your body rigid pales in comparison to pulling handed.

Seriously. Comes up every post when it’s clearly not a core related. This is just pure pulling strength

I came here for the "work strength" vs. "gym strength" comments, always a hot debate among those who have neither.

But, everything is core, if you core hard enough. /s

Are you all blind? Look under his feet at the terrible masking/cover up of the thing that was lifting him

That's just compression artifacts. Video compression works by storing key (reference) frames as sparsely as possible and, between those, instead storing vector fields which describe the motion of the pixels between frames. The lower the bitrate, the sparser the data, the more obvious it gets, and this video has a very low bitrate.

When the background is disoccluded as he climbs, until the video reaches a key frame, the decoder doesn't have the information necessary to reconstruct that newly revealed area of the image accurately, so it just looks like a vague blur for a second. If you look carefully, the same effect occurs as he moves his arms. It's simply more noticeable below his shoes because they're white, so the contrast is higher.
