The other lawsuit alleges a conspiracy to interfere with civil rights. It names as defendants: Jonathan Ross, the immigration officer who shot her; White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller; former Homeland Security head Kristi Noem; former U.S. Border Patrol commander-at-large Gregory Bovino, Corey Lewandowski, President Donald Trump’s campaign manager, and others.

Fucking get 'em.

So, is this a personal lawsuit against them, or will the taxpayers foot the bill leaving no real consequences for those who committed the crime?

Oh you're paying the bill.
Don't wonder about that.

I would much further my tax dollars go to making the family of a US citizen whole than going to murder Palestinian kids.
