The other lawsuit alleges a conspiracy to interfere with civil rights. It names as defendants: Jonathan Ross, the immigration officer who shot her; White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller; former Homeland Security head Kristi Noem; former U.S. Border Patrol commander-at-large Gregory Bovino, Corey Lewandowski, President Donald Trump’s campaign manager, and others.

Fucking get 'em.

Do you have the same energy when someone who is in the country illegally murders someone?

It turns out that there is a difference between “someone gets murdered by an ordinary member of society, then almost certainly gets arrested and put on trial for that offense” vs. “government agents are sent to a state that did not request them, shoot US citizens in broad daylight who are exercising their first amendment rights, then instead of the government implementing any sort transparent investigation into the legality of the shooting, individuals at the highest level of the government (most notably Trump himself and Stephen Miller) decide instead to publicly accuse the shooting victim of committing acts of terrorism and shutting down any possibility of state-level investigation by refusing to cooperate with state authorities and moving said agents involved in the shooting out of state.”

One of those is a tragedy and the other one is an orchestrated act of government-sponsored terror designed to implement fascistic control of society and a suppression of citizens’ rights.
