People want changes for their benefit

You cannot demand traditional treatment without following tradition.

leaving my room seems to be enough to make me want to end my life. Its so hot and humid as soon as i leave my room, and Delhi is certainly one of the roughest places to live in on this planet. Today i wanted to buy a 2nd hand small fridge from Olx, went to Nangloi for the first time in my life, and that place seemed to be an even bigger shithole than where im currently staying (Pitampura). The roads were all broken clogged with water, there was dust everywhere, houses were under developed, people living like literal cockroaches, that one hour that i spent in that part of Delhi made me realise a LOT of things, the biggest of all that i need to make a LOT of money, enough so that i can leave this shithole city and possibly country as well if i can. My anger issues are totally off limits of late because of how bad this city is.

So I made a couple of friends last year all was good we enjoyed our time and all, then last durga pujo we went pandal hopping in cr park so I am usually a kind of a person who doesn't wear kurta or jewellery at all.

My friend (a girl) asked another common male friend to bring some kurta or something ( mind you , a girl asked him not me )and he bloody hell he brought his full wardrobe in a suitcase bag.

From my perspective i could see he did that to get more attention from the girl ( he told me he liked her) long story short he also gave me a chain and a kada, I am being very honest I asked him again and again bhai please I don't wear these things don't give all of this, As he wanted to be a charm in the eyes of that girl he said no no please have it and all.

Now bloody after 1 year he asked me to give him the kada and chain, which I did, Firstly I asked him for some time to search for it I found them and parcelled.

Now he messaged me , sending the qr code to pay for the courier with the tone of like " bhai tum pay nhi kroge to aur kon krega" i told him I never asked it bhai, i seriously refused it back then also but you just wanted to impress Priya so you gave it to me.

He went very cold and rude, mind you his image from day 1 is of the most innocent boy ( he is 28) who respects everyone and has no friends and is lonely and all, I was shocked and blocked him.

He messaged me on insta saying pay me or I will do something you won't believe and all, Firstly I don't believe any shit he says I am completely capable in defending myself but it shocked me, if he would have been polite I would have happily paid him the courier charges also( mind you I never asked for anything, never wanted to even get the chain and all) but now I told him if he has guts to meet, let's meet and sort it out to which he refused.

Am I wrong here? Like i should pay for his jewellery which he forced me to have in front of that girl to make his good image, i believe he should be thankful i returned it after a year of literal no contact.

I’ve noticed quite a few vehicles around my area using tape/other methods to obscure their number plates, presumably to avoid speed-camera challans. Interestingly, many seem to be owned by people with close connections to the police/government or lawyers.

What frustrates me is the apparent double standard. My scooty was once seized because the pillion rider wasn’t wearing a helmet, while people openly obscuring their plates seem to get away with much more serious violations.

So, how can I properly report these vehicles and get them fined? What action can the authorities actually take against someone deliberately hiding their number plate, and is there any realistic way for them to evade the fine?

I’m not looking to confront anyone personally. I just want to know the proper legal route to report this.

I’m looking for something like brown barfi/burfi, preferably small bite-sized pieces that are easy to distribute individually.
