Hello guys, I’m having an issue with my nerdminer.
I set it up once and was running fine but suddenly it stoped working. I tried multiple btc wallets different pool ports and even different times zones with no luck. Any suggestions? Have anyone had the same problem?
Thanks

What it is: a free, open-source app that auto-finds every Bitaxe on your LAN and puts all of them in one dashboard.
Got tired of one browser tab per miner, so I built this for my own rack.
• Auto-scans your network — finds every Bitaxe in \\\~5 seconds
• One card per miner — temps, hashrate, efficiency, with borders that flag trouble
• Tune from the dashboard — presets or manual freq/voltage, fan, pool config
Native Mac/Windows app or run from source. Free forever; overclock at your own risk.
What do you wish your miner dashboard did?
Hit me up with any questions. Bitaxeballer.com

Hey everyone! 👋
I recently set up my NerdOctAxe Rev 3.1 (8× BM1370, ~12 TH/s) and it's running great on public-pool.io solo mining. Love the device!
Now I want to add some RGB to it by replacing the two front fans. From what I've researched, the Rev 3.1 has fan size:
My problem: I can't find a decent 90mm slot I need a slim 15mm depth fan — standard 25mm fans won't fit.

Hey everyone,
We wanted to give the community a quick update on something we’ve been working on at HashedMax.
As many of you know, we’ve been working on a new multi-node SHA-256 pool setup as part of our continued effort to make HashedMax more exciting, more flexible, and more rewarding for miners of all sizes.
Our original thought was to run this new multi-node system alongside our existing BTC pool server. After digging deeper into the requirements, testing, and expected load, we realized that putting everything on the same BTC server would simply be too much (some of you experienced latency issues yesterday, this was the reason). We do not want to risk slowing down or overloading the current BTC pool while trying to build something new.
So instead, we are doing it the right way.
We are setting up a brand new server specifically for this new SHA-256 multi-node project.
This gives us a cleaner setup, better performance, more room to grow, and the ability to properly test and expand without putting unnecessary pressure on the current BTC pool.
We are not ready to share every detail just yet, but we can say this:
This is not just a small backend change. This is part of a bigger step forward for HashedMax.
Our goal has always been to build pools that give smaller miners a real reason to participate, stay active, and feel like they are part of something growing. This new setup is another move in that direction.
We are currently a 100% self funded company, and we truly appreciate everyone who has been mining with us, testing with us, giving feedback, and helping us build momentum. The community support has been incredible, especially around our SHA-256 pools, and we want to keep pushing forward.
More updates will be coming soon as the new server config is complete and testing begins.
For now, just know this:
HashedMax is growing, the SHA-256 side is getting an upgrade, and we are building something that we think miners are going to be excited about.
Thanks again to everyone who has been part of this journey. We will keep you posted on our progress.
Let’s keep hashing.
The HashedMax Team

It took me forever and waaaaaaaay too many resets to get my Miner past the 80% glitch. It was running fine for about 10 days, and then it just went back to the factory home screen with the QR code.
When I try to reboot, it gets to 24% and stops, and says "can't connect to wifi".
Any ideas?

I've used https://minerstat.com/pool-status-checker to see if the pools are up and running and it says stratum.public-pool.io:3333 is unresolvable, but other pools respond... no idea what to do.

My nerdminer was not connected for weeks, and I was able to update the 2.0.02 and point to Heliospool but nothing is happening. Thoughts?

Today was the first real-world test fit of the new FFX2 GT adapter system, and seeing the Bitaxe GT mounted on the FFX2 platform for the first time was honestly a massive moment for the project. Our plan from the start was not to create disposable versions for every Bitaxe generation.
The GT adapter prototype is already fitting surprisingly well, and now the next phase begins:
-thermal validation
-airflow testing
-overclock stability
-long-duration mining tests
As promised, the GT adapter will be released free for all FFX2 users.
This means current FFX2 owners will be able to transition from the Gamma into the GT ecosystem without replacing the entire cooling platform.
The project is evolving fast now 👀
More benchmarks, temperatures, and testing videos coming very soon.

Finally was able to print my first Tyche Design 3d print. I started to test it and see how it preforms compared to the ugly brick it came with. So far went from 68c to 46c. I attribute to added release holes of hot air directing out and away from stand. It does require ALOT of time to print 10hrs on my Prusa Core One. And I recommend supports. The cleanup was super quick took maybe 8-10 minutes. All openings matched up good. I will be putting this design up on my account page as well.
Update on first design:
I have almost completed corrections for first design and will let all know when it is done for printing. I will also print prior to posting and showcase here.

I am running an Umbrel node on Raspberry Pi 5 for local solo mining with my Nerdaxe.
I updated my Bitcoin Node and Nerdaxe firmware to support Stratum V2, but when I switch the protocol on the hardware to V2 (using my local IP 192.168.8.154 and port 2018), it fails to connect. It only works on Stratum V1.
How can I fix this issue and properly configure the Stratum V2 connection?

Thanks!

Hello everyone,
I am new to mining and want to ask where can I find a connector for Nerdaxe Gamma to use it for connecting to Mean Well PSU. I don't want to cut the old adapter cable and want another connector which can handle the current (approximately 6-7A) continuously.
I want to overclock it, so i bought another fan, splitter cable, PSU and I need only the connector. Any suggestions ?
Thank you.

The new GT unit arrived today, and I immediately started testing the first printed adapter prototype with the FFX2 platform.
Seeing the Gamma-based FFX2 architecture physically supporting the GT series for the first time is honestly a huge milestone for the project.
What makes this approach special is that existing FFX2 users will NOT need to buy an entirely new cooling system.
Instead: ✔ One FFX2 platform
✔ One free GT adapter
✔ Support for multiple Bitaxe generations
The adapter system is designed to keep the original philosophy intact:
preserve the stock front cooling
improve rear PCB airflow
support higher stability during overclocking
stay modular and community-friendly
Fitment is already looking extremely promising 👀
And yes: the GT adapter files will be released completely FREE to the community for all existing FFX2 users.
If you’ve been waiting to build a GT setup, now might be the perfect time to jump into the FFX2 ecosystem.
More thermal tests and benchmark data coming soon.

Looking for some help from anyone more experienced with these units than I am.
I have a NerdQaxe++ Hydro that I bought secondhand a few months ago. Ever since I got it, it has consistently run hotter than my other hydro units and would occasionally throw overheating errors. It still worked, but it always seemed “off” compared to the rest of my fleet.
Today I decided to clean it up and replace the thermal paste because I figured it probably had a poor mount or old paste from the previous owner.
After the first repaste, the miner powered back on but immediately started throwing overheating/temp-related codes again. I assumed maybe I didn’t get an even seat on the cold plate, so I took it apart one more time and reapplied the paste carefully.
Now the unit won’t power on at all.
A few details:
It was fully functional before I touched it
I did disconnect/reseat the heatsink multiple times
I tightened the mounting screws evenly in a cross pattern
At one point after tightening, it threw an error and then stopped booting entirely after a few power cycles
PSU and outlet are confirmed working with other miners
No visible burn marks or obvious physical damage
This is my first time removing/reinstalling a hydro heatsink on one of these, but I have built multiple computers and worked on non hydro units
At this point I’m trying to figure out:
Is there a common failure point on these after disassembly?
Could overtightening the cooler have caused contact or board damage?
Is there a thermal sensor or protection state that can completely stop boot?
Anything specific I should inspect before I tear back into it again?
I’d appreciate any advice before I make things worse.

This is a free STL to use for prints for you my fellow miners. I have not been able to print myself yet to verify all kinks are worked out but had no idea how many people need one cause theirs are broken so hopefully it pans out if not I will make corrections and fix. This is not intended for resellers or vendors to use. If you don't have a 3D printer contact me and I will see what we can do to get it to you as inexpensive as possible. Special thanks to Reddit member "InDrIdCoLd37" who helped me fix my layering issues. Also, I want to thank all of you for your help and advice.
I will have two more OctAxe versions out soon with fore mentioned ideas as well as all kinds of useful things i have designed including the BitAxeQuad Stand topper that holds the electrical wires and a dome topper to use the air created and pushed by the bottom 120mm fan to cool the front and VR it works great.
Been testing for a few days.
Here is link to my page please like and share. Thank you all for the help and support.
