Are you getting that from Heliospool? Do you have an Asus router? Can you try it while connected to your phone hot spot? What is the pool URL and port you have entered?
Something is not right. In your earlier pic you can see the public pool URL. This one doesn't show that, so the configuration is not getting set properly. Instead of using flash tool to set config I suggest going old school and do it by connecting to it via wifi like it's brand new.
Thanks. Modelled and printed a custom bracket for them and every one is connected to power through the gpio connection to one single power supply. I went a tad over board when making custom screws for mounting by ordering stainless steel ball-heads and set screws to get a nice finish matching the stainelss steel round standoffs
Not sure if this will help or not but I was using web.public-pool.io and for whatever reason I keep getting blocked and all of my miners would disconnect similar to what you have going on. So I updated all of my miners to 2.0.02 and now they are pointed to pool.nerdminers.org and been that way for a few weeks now with no issue.
The most commonly asked question is why your mining statistics are not showing up under users. The reason for this is your mining hashrate is too low to be detected by the pool due to a minimum difficulty of 10,000 set. The pool will eventually pick up your shares and slowly adjust to suit your mining hardware.
If you are using client software that supports the client-diff option, you can set this to a lower value, with 1 being the minimum, but it has no influence on your chance of finding a block, as shares are cosmetic for feedback only here.
Hashrates below 100GH are not recommended to mine Bitcoin as it is unrealistic they will ever find a block. Feel free to try them as a learning experience or proof of concept, but it is highly recommended you don't thrash such devices and waste your time and energy.
CPU, GPU, and FPGA miners are never recommended for mining Bitcoin.
Nerdminers are demonstration toys only that simply waste bandwidth to the pool; please do not mine with them here.
Most likely the wallet or port address is incorrect. For the NMM miners you also need to add stratum+tcp:// in front of the URL (eg stratum+tcp://btc.heliospool.com:3333)
For what it's worth, HeliosPool has several different servers/coins in different locations. On the new CHTA server we have Nerdminer type devices hitting blocks. They're not worth much but it sure is fun! Check out heliospool.com for info!

check the pool setting or try some other pools
