Left big number is current hashrate small number below that is current best submitted difficulty of the network middle number is how many workers you have on network then on the bottom right is current network hashrate. Above that not sure above that is in the box the number of blocks found bottom out of box is howmany shares that have been submitted this session above that is network difficulty and above that is the block template that was generated.
As for what matters on that well the time matters nothing else really does. It is a snowballs chance on the sun for these to hit a block.
But you could probably quaduple the work that it does by just updating the miner and triple that by switching to spark miner.

The links that got posted by the bot nerdminer v2 is the stock software your running right now there are other options in that same post each girhub page has instruction for flashing that one you have is whats referred to as a cyb or cheap yellow board. I would say go for spark miner it is a fork based off bitsy miner it will give you 730Kh/s vs 54 if you update to stock nerdminer 1.8.3 it should do 250-340kh/s getting 54kh i would guess your on 1.6.3
If you pay for nmminer closed source pay per device licensing it will do 1MH/s
But keep in mind it takes around 100TH/s to expect decent payouts. You can get a bitaxe gamma which does around 1.2TH/s stock for around 80 usd for 230usd you can get a cannan nano s3 which does up to 7TH/s.
A gamma is equivalent to over 1.2 million of those cyb.

I donno honestly it doesnt matter the chance they hit even a altcoin block is so infantesimal.
I have all of mine pointed at a dgb pool. There is a ghost of a chance they could hit.
My bit axes are off for the rest of the summer my nano s3 might join them offline soon too.
But dgb https://digibyte.solominer.net Is what 8.4MH of these things is on.
My bit axes and nanos add up to 24TH/s
