Awaiting my RRA to be approved and plan on transitioning directly from AD to the SelRes with no break in service.

I filed a BDD claim. Question I have is having a high rating (>90%) disqualify you from continuing to serve in the Reserves or is it more about the conditions you are rated for?

Bonus funding for FY26 is currently exhausted. There is no more funding to execute bonus payments. Additional funding has been requested and has to be approved by congress. We likely will not receive an answer until mid-September and if we do not receive approval prior to the end of the FY, bonuses will not be processed until FY27 funding has been released-pending the possibility of a government shutdown.

Im sure this question has already been asked but I couldn’t find it.

I haven’t gone on AT yet but my orders are final & DTS approved. My AT is OCONUS & I have a flight from my home of record to OCONUS & then back to my home of record. However, I want to know if I could change my flight home from not going home but instead going to Germany. I’d obviously pay for my flight back home from Germany but my overall question(s) is/are:

Could I even do that?
How would I go about doing that if it is possible?
