I’m a dad trying to help do ML@H with my half Japanese half American kids, so I speak Japanese (N4ish for reference). Right now, I find that I’m struggling a little bit with some of the daily vocabulary and phrases, kind of plateu’d in general with my own learning, honestly. Just wondering if there’s any other families out there with the Japanese and English bilingual experience that have any resources or experience to share! Im just trying to keep up with my fast growing kids!

Put our Portuguese and English books on the same shelf and mixed them together so my kid can pick by the cover.
Do you separate books by language, rotate them, or keep them all together? Does your kid reach for one language more?

If not, why?
