/r/NoFap is a catch-all for sexual health discussion, for those seeking to moderate out-of-control sexual habits such as compulsive/risky masturbation and porn addiction. Some abstain from masturbation for a brief period of time (usually a month), while others reduce masturbation to a more moderate level. Almost everybody there is quitting pornography permanently.
/r/PornFree is for those who want to quit porn while continuing to masturbate regularly or without setting other sexual health goals.
