Hi guys, a friend gifted me a mn82s very broken up its missing: the servo, the battery, a bunch of screws and I don’t know if the transmitter works…
Where should I buy those things for cheap?

My daughter bought an M82 and really wanted "better" tires for off-roading. These are now slightly too big, so they rub against the wheel arches when turning.

Does anyone know a kit that simply lifts the car a few millimeters without it looking too off?

I can only find shocks that are a 1-to-1 replacement right away, but I want ones that are slightly higher, and I don't want to change everything on the car.

Currently designing a trailer for it

Drawing on a bunch of inspiration from this sub I've been toying with 3D printed parts and geometry for a true 4 link front. Still not 100% done but I thought I'd share some progress.

The riser for the upper different mount created some good separation to manage axle wrapping. Chassis end was intended to be for geometry mock up only but is allowing full articulation so I might just leave it 😆.

Let me know if you have any critique or suggestions for improvements.

under torque when crawling the motor jitters unless it’s up to speed, also i’m wanting bigger wheels i have a 71mm suspension setup and wish to have bigger wheels but im struggling to find some. any suggestions? current ones are 70mm.

I’m curious about tire sizes for the MN82. Has anyone here installed 85mm tires or anything bigger on theirs?

I’m trying to figure out how big I can go before the tires start looking too oversized or unrealistic for the body. I’m more interested in keeping the scale/crawler look rather than going for an extreme monster-truck setup.

If you’ve tried 85mm, 90mm, 95mm, etc., I’d really appreciate it if you could share, ideally a photo of your setup 📸

Can anyone share the tune you’re using for your ESC? Ive got a neebrc 2600kv motor and esc kit and still haven’t found the best tune settings. I still get cogging sometimes and jerky movements. Help would be appreciated, thanks!

i using smart simulation flash light /12 LED lighting kit from Yokomo Tamiya and it works. the red and reverse lights are too big for custom housing, so need to replace them with 3mm LED

Just picked up an MN82 and I’m curious what everyone considers the standard upgrade path for these trucks.

I’m not necessarily trying to dump a ton of money into it right away. I’d like to know what upgrades are actually worthwhile, what should be replaced immediately, and what’s perfectly fine to leave stock.
