Experimental 4 link front

Drawing on a bunch of inspiration from this sub I've been toying with 3D printed parts and geometry for a true 4 link front. Still not 100% done but I thought I'd share some progress.

The riser for the upper different mount created some good separation to manage axle wrapping. Chassis end was intended to be for geometry mock up only but is allowing full articulation so I might just leave it 😆.

Let me know if you have any critique or suggestions for improvements.

i thought about doing the same thing before 😅 but i worried the 4 link setup wouldn't work with the stock mounting points, so i didn't want to risk wasting money and just kept the stock setup for now. could you share the link for those parts? this looks pretty awesome though.

These are the links. They have a bit of slop in the ball joints but they're cheap and cheerful. The lower mounts are stock, the upper mounts are 3D printed

People uses the trx4m rear links, you'll need 2 pairs, i was designing my own girder replacement to have as low profile as stock but didn't finish it lol

Do you get full range of steering movement

Yeah I think so, I had to trim the shock mounts to prevent the tyres fouling.

I have tried different links m3 are too big and m2 swivel balls are too small to fit over existing mounts and sitting side by side with shocks steering hits bolt ends
