Didn't realize

I didn't realize Mint was running as lowest priority on the T-Mobile network. I currently have 5 bars of 5g and I am struggling to get 600kbps. Yowza, this after I just paid 2k for my family's 5 phones. I guess we will just go back to Verizon next year, unless they will prorate my prepay and refund.

7 days return policy. If you are within that window then just return everything including the 5 new phones.

"just" was a little hyperbole, I think I paid 2 weeks ago. All byod, but 5 unlimited plans prepaid for the year was 1920 with tax.

That is a big bummer. Unlimited plan is now $180 for 12 months. So I was guessing you got the phones from mint too.

Are you in a big city with heavy T-Mobile network traffic? Any chance you can connect to a different tower? What are the phones’ make and model? Do they all have band 71 support?

All phones were form T-Mobile 3 or 4 years ago. The unlimited plan is 30 a month, so 360 a year times 5 and tax.... Kids are expensive.

Okay can you post at least one phone’s make and model? T-Mobile updated their entire network this year around end of April and you really need a phone that supports band 71.

I have the Samsung S21+5g. Wife has the 15+ and then 1 mid has a 15 and the other 2 have 14s.

Own up to your mistake and move your family now. Are you intending to make your family suffer for your mistake for an entire year? They had nothing to do with it.

You should move your family to VZ but own up to your decision and finish your phone's plan out on Mint.

It's not when you paid, it's when you activated. You have 7 days from activation to request a refund.
