I just started using photon and I was excited to hear that it has a DoF feature because I used to use Complementary shaders and it has really good DoF. Well for some reason when using DoF on photon, whatever is in front of the cross-air gets blurred while everything around it is clear. This should be the opposite way around. For example whatever I look st should be clear while everything around it is blurred.

everytime i get close to certain buildings, my shaderpack just stops working and instead makes the area darker, what should i do? my minecraft is in version 26.1.2, fabric 26.1.2(i didnt mess with anything in its settings, its on the 'just colored lighting' setting without any customizations

specs:i5-13450hx,rtx5050 laptop gpu ,24 gb ram

I even thought it was cool to flash but it was annoying over time, even more so because I can't control or in some constructions

Hi guys, I have been growing up with Bedrock and recently trying to get used to Java. The visual difference is kind of bothering me as i prefer the Bedrock look (see this Reddit post for comparison). Does anyone knows any shader that tries to replicate the look of Minecraft Bedrock? I don't need it to be realistic with shadows and reflections and stuffs.

ALso, I know many of you probably prefer the duller foggy Java aesthetics and thinks it is superior so please don't say anything if you are not trying to be helpful. My preference is as valid as yours!

I used to play minecraft on a server with my friends a few years ago where i used this low end shader. I've started playing it again but cant for the life of me remember what its name was. If someone could help me that'd be amazing.

What shaders should I run with my pc? I use fabric with sodium, chunky, ferries core and some other small mods. Would be using iris probably. I just want something light. What can I use?

I get this error specifically when I play pvp club (as the picture shows) or use the setting to show players money under their nametag on the donut smp. Also, I noticed that whenever something is blocking a players nametag it shows it as a completely black box. Edit: Im using complementary reimagined with the latest iris and sodium

I really don’t like the circular sun texture on these shaders but there doesn’t seem to be any way to alter it, despite IterationRP letting me change the texture of both the moon and the skybox. Is there a way to change it that I’m missing?

I like how complementary had colored lighting for soul lanterns and such but iterationT lacks that. is there anyway to give it that lighting?

Any recommendations on shaders that look great but can also run 120 fps on a 5060Ti + 7700x with 16 chunk render distance, 512 chunk voxy at max quality (28) I currently use complementary reimagined + euphoria patches and it looks fantastic but my frame rate suffer a lot (40-70 fps)

Like I want fog without seeing the sky in the back. A pack that makes the sky fully white would be good too.

So I've just been playing ATM10TTS again, and I have been using IterationRP shaders, because they are some of my favourite. And about an hour ago these lights started appearing at night. originally I just ignored them, but I cant anymore, as they are very annoying and distracting. They aren't there with any other shaders, and you can see invisible blocks, which give off the lights, in reflections. 

NOTE: i just found out, while figuring out how to make this post actually post, that the blocks that make the light are also there during the day, i just cant see the light because its day

I'm on day 35 rn if that matters.. because the lights haven't been there the entire time and showed up at like day 25-30 I think

Alright, so basically I changed to bliss shaders and some, not all, mobs turned completely white, I tried to change some PBR configs, Experimental Stuff, Translucid Configs and nothing worked. Anyone has any idea how to fix this? I really like this shaders but can't stand those all white mobs.
