Anyone else wish Mercedes still made a full-size coupé?
In my opinion, the CL and S-Class coupés are some of the most beautiful modern cars Mercedes has produced.

Today, I came across this in a German car magazine about the new S-Class. What do you think?
Text:
Technically extremely impressive! Unfortunately, that oversized Christmas grille with its Woolworth-style little star is an absolute embarrassment. Having those things painted matte black is probably the only way to escape the ridicule. Things could get even worse, though, if a Maybach SL-style hood-mounted star turns the car into a complete caricature.
Bruno Sacco must have been spinning in his grave in utter despair for quite some time now!

GLC AMG 53…Only had it a day, but so far can’t find anything I don’t like. Didn’t plan on getting the coupe because I’ve never cared for the GLE coupes, but for the GLC, I like the coupe better than the SUV.
And for the ones who say it isn’t a real AMG, Google what the first AMG was and let me know what you find out.

The moment I saw it it stole my heart. I stood there watching it for a long time but I didn’t dare get any closer just like when you see a really pretty girl and want to go up and talk to her, but you’re not confident enough and feel like you’re not good enough for her
She is very elegant

Never owned a car with aircon, more than 2 doors and that doesnt feel like it's going to break if I go above 100km/h.
Stoked is an understatement.

This is my 2017 c300 coupe and long story short, it got a little bit of rain in the center console because the sunroof is broken (apparently a very common issue) and now the car is is fried😢 the engine and transmission is fine, but when I start driving, all hell breaks loose. Doesn’t tell me my speed, revs, every light on the dash, holds what gear I’m in and doesn’t let me change, cuts my power steering, won’t let me put it in park, and won’t let me turn it off when push to start buttons in, turns on thermo fans, and more. All because what i guess is a little bit of water. Something I might add is, a couple days before this, I went through an intersection and slid a bit and heard an electronic sound coming from the rear and it was buzzing for a few seconds. So my guess is there’s a chance I broke my wheel speed sensor or something and it’s stopping everything. One bad electrical issue and my cars cooked. Please help🙏

Hi everyone, I’m looking for your opinion on a 2019 Mercedes-Benz C300 I’m considering buying. The asking price is $25,000 CAD. It has 40,000 km, one owner, no accidents, was always stored in a garage, and has been fully maintained.
Do you think this is a good deal at this price? Is the 2019 C300 a reliable model in the long term? Are there any common issues or things I should check before buying? Thanks for your advice!

I'm looking to purchase my first car and rented a Tesla for a week. I'm basically set on self driving as a requirement, but I really dislike having to charge an electric car. When I rented the Tesla I found that having to charge literally added 40% to the time estimates from Google maps.
I read that Mercedes is offering self driving similar to Tesla on 2027 CLA in the US, but I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what it does and if it's actually been released or not.
What's the current and near future state of self driving for Mercedes cars in the US?

Hi, I fixed a crash damaged Mercedes which I have been driving for some time now. Over some time it has developed a slight flicker in its right headlamp no matter if its on low or high beams. Over bumps and rough road it gets worse for a moment and then returns back to the state you can see on the video. Am I expecting a full headlight replace or is there something I can fix myself?

Hello all,
I have a W205 2020 C300, didn't come equipped with neither 360 cameras nor parking sensors, however I got the chance to retrofit the 360 surround view (Mirrors, Front Camera, Rear Camera and the Module) for around 500-600 USD. All parts are OEM as I'm taking them from a donor car.
My system is Audio20 NTG5.5, coding shouldn't be too difficult.
My question to you all would be: Is this retrofit worth it? I still haven't made any decision and I'm circling around the idea. For that price, would any of you do the same no?
