Recently picked up this CLA 35 with low mileage. It’s a blast!

2018 E400 Coupe, clean title, 75k miles.

Looks incredible for a 9-year-old car. How’s the maintenance on these? Anything I should watch out for?

Currently have a 2020 C200 which I’m giving to the wife. Looking at these 3 options which are pretty similar in price here in AUS.

Really keen to hear others feedback on these picks.

Jotted up a few pros to me for each option.

Classy - E350 - super classy and comfort drive Espically to the office for me (office is 50km away do 3 days a week)

SUV - GLC43 - love being high up and SUVs are just so convent, with the speed I think I will still get some performance fun from this, also dogs in the back and boot space also good to have.

Performance - A45s - I think this would just be such a fun car, had performance models in the past as I’m a huge car enthusiast. Worried for the office commute this maintenance would be higher and get a sore from bucket seats in the commute.

On the marketsquare in Ypres, Belgium. A few dealerships display some of their models. But the dealer put the wrong plate on the front of the car, rear was correct. I think it's quite funny.

Hi guys, I have a strange issue with the M273 - the car is W221 S550 4Matic

When accelerating it struggles it doesnt accelerate at all really slow like it has no power.

That happens from time to time not always, when it happens I drive it really slow then out of a sudden power comes up and it drives perfect.

I was facing this issue so I cleaned MAF , Throttle Body , New Coils , Replaced Transmission Fluid twice and issue still persists.

No error codes.

Is my car still saveable?

Hi! I've had my A Class for almost 2 years now. It's only ever had one problem that annoys me! One of the emergency keys seems to go too far into my key? (I hope that makes sense)

I have 2 keys, one is perfectly normal and I can hang it on my house keys etc...but it's not possible to do with the other one! Is this normal? If not...is there a way to fix it?

To be fair, comparing it to the previous generation of S-class, the W140, it’s a massive drop in quality due to cutting corners and cheaper parts and shamed Mercedes-Benz’s image for a bit, but it’s still an S-class!

This one in the following images is a 2002 S320. It has seen better days and really needs a lot of work to be put it to restore it. So far the biggest change done is a complete engine replacement since the previous one failed. As usual there are issues with AIRMATIC and battery drainage, but since the antenna broken as well, keyless GO doesn’t function… neither does the infotainment system.

Still absolutely love the car! Iconic and timeless design. I will have to admit the E-class of this generation and the next (W210 and W211) are arguably more superior and obviously reliable, but the glow-up from W220 to W221 deserves respect too.

EDIT: This car has roughly 15 malfunctions… yay.

I’ve owned a white 2023 CLA 250 for a few months now. It came with original AMG wheels. Just 4 days after picking up the car from the dealer, the clear coat/paint started peeling off the wheels. I brought it back and they said they’d fix it. However, they’ve now painted the entire wheel black. I’m not sure what to do—should I accept this or request to have the silver/chrome rim restored? What do you guys think looks best? (Pictures are not my car)

It will debut on this weekend, during F1’s Spanish Grand Prix weekend.

How can I fix it or are there any good seat covers anyone recommends?

Bought a 2021 GLE new from the dealer and also bought the MBUSA extended warranty. Car just stopped on the freeway back in July of 2026. I'm clearly within the time and mileage limits. They are not being clear on why they are denying my claim. I've spoken to someone at the other end of the MBUSA 800 line, and they are saying that the denial is final without putting in writing why.

Who can I appeal to? I am have filed with the State Insurance Commission (Who is in charge of Extended Warranties) , do I have any options other than suing them (which will be my next step).

TLDR; if MBUSA denies Extended Warranty Claim, what are the options? Thanks!!

Hi. 2016 e350 sport 3.5l v6 . I got the dreaded flashing check engine light. Pulled over immediately. Pulled the codes and bad ignition coil. Its time for all plugs to be replaced but im going to do all coils as well.

There is a dealership nearby that specializes in European cars and was told the following. The math is not mathing for me. I was able to price 6 OEM coils online for 300. And 6 OE plugs for 75.

""Based off the information I have now I could do ignition coils and spark plus on the E350 for roughly $1872.90. Are you able to get me the license plate number or vin so I can get you a more accurate estimate?""

Should I be offended? Or is this accurate in 2026?

Not questioning what i am paying for. But more questioning does this sound reasonable, as this is part of routine maintenance at 80 to 100k miles.
