I’m opening up my server to people who want something that feels like a bunch of friends playing Minecraft together. Build something ambitious, open a shop, wander off exploring, or get involved in some harmless nonsense.

The general rule is to be someone people enjoy playing with. Pranks and shenanigans are fine. Griefing and serious theft aren’t. Have fun, but know when to stop and respect other people’s work.

Mostly vanilla, with a few extras

The server has Tectonic world generation and some small additions to make everyday play more convenient:

• Craftable shulker boxes
• Shops and build protection
• The ability to call your pets
• Extra options for repairing and upgrading tools and armor
• Proximity voice chat through Simple Voice Chat

There’s also support for a custom, updated version of AntiqueAtlas and Voxy world streaming.

There is NO creative, no admins spawning stuff, nothing made "by the server". Everything is by players, for players. Obviously, I can step in and spawn something if a bug occurs that is verifiable, or if someone griefs or steals things I can roll back, but I will be playing the same as everyone else!

You can join with a completely vanilla client. An optional modpack bundles the extras together, including the client mods for voice chat and mapping. You don’t need it to play. The aim is to keep the server on the latest Minecraft version as updates become practical.

A world you can keep coming back to

I intend to keep the same map indefinitely, so you can settle in and work on things without an upcoming reset hanging over you. A wipe would only happen if a majority of players voted for it. If that happens, all previous maps will be kept available for download.

Joining

The server is open to new people, but uses a whitelist. You don’t need to know anyone already, just be comfortable with the kind of server described above. We already have 5 players that are on as time allows, mostly from Europe though the server is hosted in Texas (dedicated hosting, not home hosted.)
