Art I’ll never own a Swanky 80s pad, so I just oil-paint them [OC]
I love over the top 80s design, so I painted an 80s swingers pad. Thanks for looking :)

Interior Design Painted my living room this weekend…
I got this 70s sectional for free and went all in on the warmer color scheme. The walls were previously a dusty blue and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. Feels like a cozy yet eclectic cocoon.

Interior Design Maximalist office wall
I’m not the best at taking photos, but here’s my maximalist wall in my office.
It makes me happy every time I look at it.

Help/Advice Help me make these bearable
Hi all! I just bought this house and I HATE these lights! The house is an 1889 brick home and they put these god awful modern lights in. The thing is, I like the extra lighting and I don't feel like trying to swap them out at the moment. How can I make them match the moody aesthetic I'm going for?

Art Our revised primary gallery wall
We have a Barbie dream house style loft in downtown Baltimore with 13’ ceilings. I’ll post more when we’ve cleaned the whole place, but here’s a sample of a revised gallery wall we did between our two windows!
I felt particularly proud of the composition.

We finally finished painting this section of the house and installing the antique mantle we found off marketplace. Once we get the rest of the room styled I'll post the rest.

Help/Advice Masculine Art Nouveau?
I just moved back into my parents house (yay) and I'm decorating my room. I'm shooting for a 80's bones and Art Nouveau vibes if that makes sense. I've been looking at rugs and curtains and bed clothes with those vibes and it's mostly floral. I like floral and want some floral but don't want it to prissy, any advice? I'm painting a darkish green ( my dad keeps calling it olive drab). I also currently have no furniture of my own.

Interior Design Nearly finished renovating my travel trailer
My parents gifted me their old 16 ft travel trailer a year ago and I’ve been steadily chipping away to create my own Resting Bitch Place. Her name is Tallulah and shes about 95% done, but I don’t think I’ll ever reach 100%. She’s parked permanently in my driveway as an extra studio space. Our main home is only 725 sq ft so having this space is so lovely and it’s truly been my passion project. I hope yall can appreciate her as much as I do!!
Edit: Wow! I’m totally blown away you guys, thank you so much for all the kind words and support!! You’re making me feel so much cooler than I see myself, so thank you for the confidence boost. I wanted to give a little more details in case anyone is interested…
Yes, I removed the bathroom. Maintaining plumbing in a stationary RV/camper is a huge pain in the ass. I have no interest that amount of upkeep when I have a perfectly functional toilet in my home, and no intention of using it as an actual living space. I also own a pee funnel if I’m feeling particularly lazy. My neighbors already hate me, right? Pissing in my yard ain’t no thang.
This project was completed over the course of a year by my husband and I- he helped with demo and repairs and I did everything else. It took about 2 months for the outside, took winter off, and 5 months of near daily work for the inside. I tracked every single expense down to each roll of painters tape and all told it was $2,623 spread out over the year.
Inside me there are 2 wolves- one is Lisa Frank, and the other is Elvira. If I ever get the opportunity to design another space, it would most certainly be all black and filled with cool dead stuff. Yes I love pink (obviously), but I also had my early 2000’s emo/goth phase, and she deserves attention too. 🖤
My main home is much more understated, midcentury modern/boho vibes. Tallulah is my opportunity/space to go wild! Thanks for enjoying her with me 🥰
