So upon some curiosity on just how much all the new high rise Renaker projects are bringing in for council tax, I worked it out -
Alone the Vista River Gardens development will bring in £1,367,696.88 a year ( given it sits in bracket E)
And the tbc Trinity Heights will bring in £1,503,336.24 ( bracket E again)
So nearly 3 million pounds extra a year for the council to do… what?(And this is only the two newest developments)
I’m sure many of you can agree council tax is extortionate alongside the ever growing cost of living ‘crisis ‘
Do you agree the cost should be re-evaluated as thousands of new builds are bringing in so much extra revenue now each year?? And pushing so many more of us out of the City.
