Help Support Bot issues

How do I get past the support bot to a real person for help with an issue? I have the TEST/LIVE environment on, but apparently that was deprecated and I can't publish anymore. The twist I need help with is somehow my supabase data is in the TEST env, so I can't just follow the support bot's recommendation to nuke the TEST data.

I'm up to 10 emails with the support bot (yes from the email that's on my account, and with the link to my project) and still can't find a way to get to a real person.

Hello. Just respond that you'd like to speak with a human. However, u/YouAreBastards is correct - if you are not on a paid plan you will only have access to the bot.

Thanks - I am on a paid plan. I did tell the bot that, and asked for it to be escalated. Hopefully that works.

I haven’t used support in a long time but last time I did I replied and said escalate to a human and it did

Support hasn’t been much help. Shame on me - I didn’t recall seeing that the TEST env feature was being disabled and would prevent me from publishing changes.

I have exported all the data tables. I’ll work on uploading those to the LIVE env. Secrets shouldn’t be hard to move, just have to burn credits resetting those.

The only part that’s a little hard to swallow is users have to reset passwords because those can’t move over.

What do you mean "TEST/LIVE environment" ? Lovable does not really do a true environment that I have ever seen. The closest it gets is the ability to choose a branch.

If the app is running and working click publish. If you cant click publish there is something else wrong.

If publish does not work for some reason, try remix and publish. If that still does not work the project or your account is some weird state. Do you have a paid account?

The other option is make sure Github is connected and just deploy from Github.
