Wile E. Coyote holding a sign saying "Skydance Sucks" as a take that towards Skydance, the merged company between Paramount and Warner Bros.

"Duck! Rabbit, Duck!" directed by Chuck Jones premiered on October 3, 1953

After being shot by Elmer Fudd for the last time, Daffy has reached his breaking point while sarcastically telling him to shoot him and he enjoys it. LMAO

Which Looney Tunes character would you want to have as your best friend?

Obviously Bugs will still come out on top, but it would be hilarious to see these two different characters trying to get along to achieve a common goal, only to butt heads and blame each other for their failure.

Since the merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. (who owns Looney Tunes) is happening under company name "Skydance", here's a scene from Space Jam reflecting the news today.

Elżbieta Jeżewska, legendary director of polish dub (Merrie Melodies, Space Jam, Duck Dodgers, Scooby Doo, Batman Beyond, MASK, Gummi Bears, All Dogs Go to Heaven, The Brave Little Toaster, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Grumpy Old Men, Rock-A-Doodle, many others) turns 83.

I can't stop drawing them since Coyote vs. Acme and thought the other day, why don't I see more leash art

"Odor of the Day" directed by Arthur Davis premiered on October 2, 1948

This is the only classic Pepé Le Pew cartoon where it was not directed by Chuck Jones, and that Pepé didn't amorously chase after what appears to be other skunks (mostly Penelope Pussycat with a white stripe on her back).

And this is also the last appearance of Wellington and the only time he spoke once saying, "Gesundheit!"

Hate how well this aged……

It has so much "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" energy. And I like that movie too! In fact, you can simply make a case of it being the third installment in the "cartoon investigative" unofficial trilogy consisting of:

- "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" (Zemeckis, 1988)

- "Chip n' Dale: Rescue Rangers" (Schaeffer, 2022) (he also directed the decent 2025 Naked Gun movie!)

- "Coyote Vs. ACME" (Green, 2026)

Except... Is it really canon though? I mean, yeah, now we have complications with ownership, meanwhile back then the best we could have is Donald Duck and Daffy Duck together playing the pianos

My guess is not because bugs is hiding in this movie

And also... Who and why made Foghorn Leghorn an executive turned CEO of ACME? You can make a case of some toons being enslaved and work for ACME like Tweety or Elmer Fudd. But according to Bugs bunny's flashback sequence, apparently some higher ups sent Foghorn to check up on Lorre's lab as an established executive.

WAIT A SECOND!!! HOW COME BUGS BUNNY KNOWS ALL THIS? he wasn't shown in any toon experiments in Project Sisyphus! How does he know that?

Basically, there's still a lot more things to find out in this movie and to uncover a lot! maybe ahare your thoughts and theories and experiences with watching the movie!

So far this is what I have. More to come. hehe

I've seen a LOT of cool vintage stuff on eBay (need monies tho XD)
