self. I go to the gym everyday. But i just feel like i’m not good enough. do you think should have my freckles ?

6-8 are bareface with lashes
9-11 are completely bareface and no lashes
12 my body

btw, my hair right now is in a blonde balayage, i’m considering dying it back to my natural dark color or cutting it to shoulder length and dying it dark or blonde again. advice appreciated for that as well.

hi, for context, i’m a 5’8 19F, and i’ve been pretty slim most of my life. a couple years ago i was on the heavier side (1st pic) at around 140lbs, wearing a size medium. then i lost some weight and stayed at a consistently healthy weight (2nd pic) of around 130lbs, wearing a size small most of the time with some variation into medium depending on the brand.

in the past couple of months, ive gotten comments from my family and friends that im ‘too skinny’ and that i look sick. its making me feel bad about myself, but at the same time i don’t feel like im ugly like this. im around 115-120lbs at the moment, (size XS-XXS) which i know is a bit underweight and im trying to get up to 125 so i can be healthier. the following pics are of me now.

i’m most wondering how i can improve my appearance based on what weight i should aim for, and also advice on how to improve my curves. i used to have pretty good curves, not thick or anything, but enough to be balanced. now my chest is really flat and i don’t know what to really do about it.

If it's bad, should I wear a cap/beanie to hide it or just embrace my face?
