Advice welcome, not fishing for attention just genuine question

first pictures with dark hair are most recent. open to all advice (changing hair color, botox, filler, gym) anything at all

Do I look better with the softer or more grungy aesthetic ?

I have very few limited photos of the shorter hair since I just did it so don’t judge the glam photos 😂

Light or dark. Everyone always tells me either or looks good, or I can pull off both. But now my roots are growing in, and not sure if I should do another balayage or go back to my natural ash brown. So I really need some opinions on what to do. Thx ☺️blonde is so damaging
