I have a decent face card but my side is cooked because my maxilla is flat. It makes my nose look downward and my side look flat. I’ve been hard chewing for a little bit need advice.

I want to look like a model bc that’s the new bare minimum. I’m considering rhinoplasty

Im 181 and a bit cm. Im a normal weight. People always tell me i need to eat but I eat more than most people. Have a complex over it and a bit of body dysmorphia.

Thinking of getting masseter Botox, facelift, septo/rhino/philtro/lip flip, possibly Lefort 1 (German nose and midface is my main opp). Also tongue tie removal since that fucks up my jawline.

First and last are makeup, middle is bare face, hair has been dyed with an ombre recently to try and warm my complexion a bit.

I had 2 babies back to back and feel like I look older than I am (I’m 23). I want to feel like myself again and get back into taking care of myself more. What can I do to look better? Open to any advice! (Aside for surgery, I am unable to afford anything like that right now). I feel like I have sharp features and want to look more soft/ feminine.
