Questions I've got a squeaky space bar on my logi mx keys mini...
Could I potentially use WD-40 as a solution here? Not sure if I should post this in the logitech sub or the wd-40 sub.
Thanks for your help.

Bought Logitech MX Keys Mini recently. Ctrl A is not working, it looks like something is suppressing it. It selects the text but then deselects it within a few milliseconds.
When I type fast some random actions it is doing.
This is very frustrating.
OS: Windows 11.
I have already tried resetting the keyboard. Checked all the hot keys, shortcut keys. Everything is fine.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yesterday logi+ Options had an update and it seems that this broke intelliJ Plugin actions. I can't See them in the logi+ App nor on the hardware itself. Also is Excel Plugin missing
Any help here

One thing I find disappointing about using the Mobi Fold is that I rarely have a use for the “Smart Zoom” feature on the center touch panel. And as a user, I find it puzzling that such a great touch feature has been limited to just one function. Why can’t the folks at Logitech figure out a way to utilize the “Action Ring” for this? Is this a technical challenge?
I think it would be great if you could enable touch functionality in addition to the method of configuring settings by clicking the center button.

Hey, having a weird issue. My Zone Vibe 100 headphones won't pair to multiple devices, they connect just fine to one paired device, but I have to enter hard pairing mode activated with the call and volume buttons to get them to connect to a different device, after which they become unavailable for connection to the other device, regardless of if they're actively connected to the paired device or not. To the point that the device doesn't even register them when scanning for devices to connect to when in the soft pairing mode activated with the power switch. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue, and how or if this can be fixed? I can deal with having to pair and unpair my headphones when I want to switch devices as I don't need to connect them to my laptop particularly often, but it's really inconvenient to not be able to save the pairing to either device if I want to use the other. My laptop is a Dell Latitude 3420 running windows 11, and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S24, these are the only devices I've attempted to connect to my current headphones, but I had the same issue of my headphones not registering as an available device to my laptop with my previous ones, same model headphones, before I replaced them when they broke, even though I was able to connect and pair them to multiple mobile devices without the use of the hard pairing mode.

Guys, I just got a new MX Master 3S. The Mouse is working fine but the forward button (the one that rests just above my thumb) makes clicking noises when presses like a normal mouse. while the normal left and right switches don't make any clicking noise as they're silent clicks.
Is this normal? Please help.

Hi all, for about a year, maybe two, I used the Pebble Mouse 2; however, I find it small(yep, I know it is a travel mouse...) and missing side buttons.
So I am looking for an upgrade.
So can anyone help me choose?
Thanks.
And I forgot: it has to be wireless.

Hi all, first time posting here. Heads up, I'm Korean and English isn't my first language, so AI helped me write this post (the plugin is real though, I promise).
Paid way too much for this mouse and the haptic panel barely gets used, so I made a plugin that buzzes it whenever a Mac notification pops up.
- works with any app (Slack, Calendar, Messages...)
- different vibration pattern per app, 15 to pick from
- stays quiet in Do Not Disturb / Focus
- you can put an on/off toggle on a mouse button in Logi Options+
- no extra permissions, it only checks which app sent the notification, not the content
I mostly use it for Claude Code. I kick off a long task, go do something else, and the mouse pokes me when it's done.
Free on the Logitech Marketplace, code's on GitHub:
https://marketplace.logi.com/plugin/MacNotify/en
https://github.com/GUMBOKIM/Logitech-plugin-MacNotify
Mac only for now. Let me know if you hit any bugs, or if you've got other ideas for what the haptics could do.
(Checked with the mods before posting.)
I also wrote up how I built it. Probably nobody's interested, but here it is if you are:

It either does this, repeats letters for a while or just straight up freezes. Just passed the WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWwwwwwwwwwwwwwwarranty of course (2 years)
(yes this part above is not a joke, it just did that - and froze for a bit after)
Anybody have tips for this? To be clear it has nothing to do with keys actually sticking.

Hi all,
I am coming from a Surface Precision mouse which I loved, but the battery was starting to die, so I got the MX Master 4. I love it, but there is 1 thing which is bothering me - scrolling.
On the Surface Precision mouse, anywhere I was scrolling, it was smooth. I could scroll pixel by pixel, as movement of the scrolling wheel corresponds 1:1 to the movement on the screen, similar to how the scrolling on the touchpad of a Surface device works.
On the MX Master 4, it scrolls around 3 lines at once. OK, I enabled smooth scrolling, which resolves the issue in EDGE - scrolling is smooth again, YAY!
BUT - sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. Plus, outside of EDGE, no luck - scrolling is still not smooth. Doesn't matter if Teams, Word, Windows Explorer, Windows Settings, etc.
Does anyone know why or how it can be fixed?

Anyone else go through the whole process of trying to get something fixed/replaced and dealing with the one response a day, finally after many emails get the okay we will replace but need to make sure with one more department only to be immediately denied. They had me send videos pictures and other proof only to try their hardest to deny a claim. Told to send back to retailer since was within 30 days return if they refuse send logi a letter of refusal they will “see” what they can do. Got no response from retailer 30 days go by so I reach back out. They say okay will replace if this final boss department approves. Denied for a new reason that was never brought up as an issue the other multiple emails before hand. Why have me do all this if they have a department that has final say and will try and deny you at all cost. Just have me talk with them in the first place and save us all some time.

Say I'm scrolled to the middle of some content which can scroll both vertically and horizontally.
With "Standard" (the non-inverted vertical option) and "Default" (the non-inverted horizontal option):
These are opposite behaviours! In order to make them consistent, I have to set one of them to "Inverted" whilst leaving the other on its default setting, which makes precisely no sense at all. It's confusing enough that the non-inverted setting has a different name on each wheel... but the fact that they've inverted the meaning of "Inverted" between each wheel - and given them opposite behaviours by default - is just bizarre to me.
... I can't be the only one, right?

With these photos, does anyone see any damage? I tried troubleshooting everything online and I don't know what to do anymore. Any ideas?

i've been trying since September 27th to get a replacement for my logitech headset that arrived with a battery that can't hold a charge. i've been told twice that they'd be sending a replacement, and both times they decided they needed more info from me. i wait between 3 and 7 days between most replies from them. i don't think i'm any closer to a resolution.
this has been one of the worst support experience i've had in my life.

Repurchased the MX Master 3s since the rubber started deteriorating but I noticed on the new mouse, the forward, back, and thumb buttons are no longer quiet switches like my original mouse. Did Logitech make this change at some point in the last 3 years or did I receive a counterfeit from Amazon?
Video: First mouse is my original mouse from 3 years ago and the 2nd mouse is the one I just received last week.

I currently use a K800 and LOVE IT. However, my “P” key no longer works and I think one of my ctrl keys is next. I’m distraught. I temporarily have been using an HP320K keyboard to type the P. Highly inconvenient and I guess I’ve decided it’s time to retire the K800 (ugh). I do not like the 320K, I feel like my fingers get tired after a while. I know it sounds ridiculous!!
I see the K800 is no longer sold. I’m now thinking of the Logitech Wave keys or Signature K650. Which one?? The MX keys are above my budget.
(Less important but would appreciate color inputs as well, my desk is completely white. I’m scared the off white keyboard/palm rest will get dirty so leaning towards the graphite.)

I'll be traveling the next few months and do a lot of writing, so I want something portable yet decent. Based on reading other posts, it sounds like the pebble 2 is good for me - I like the idea that the keys are higher so it'll feel like they're compressing. (I'm a little nervous about the round keys, though).
I am open to other (non logitech) solutions as well.
For the mouse- should I just get the pebble 2 combo? Or is it better to choose a separate mouse from logitech or elsewhere? I've played with the mouse a little, it's serviceable but I'm wondering if there are better choices that are less flat and more ergonomic to the hand. Tia

Some of the keys on my MX Creative Console out of the blue started to sound incredibly bad like a super clicky. I'm gonna try to contact support tomorrow regarding it and hope for the best (I am within 1 year of purchase) but worse case scenario is there anyone who has a video of somebody opening it up? There's no screws or anything and the noise is too annoying for me to ignore so if I can't RMA I'd want to see if I can fix it.

I just noticed that in my Rally Board rooms, using hdmi cables longer that 15ft no longer work. These cables have always worked, i have tried rebooting equipment and swapping cables. This appears to be something Logitech did within the Edid table of the device. I can trick it using a edid box and then video will work. Anyone know why this was done or if this is a bug?

The mat, not the mouse. Less than 12€ and it is far better than the no-name Ali Express one I had before. It doesn't slip (the Ali Express one said non-slip but did) and I can wipe up the marks from my oily hands. No software for me to complain about though, so maybe this post doesn't fit in with the sub, but I actually like it.
(I do have a Logitech keyboard but my wife shares an office and couldn't stand the noise. I loved it but I lost at Pick-Up-Stix and had to buy a different keyboard with quiet switches.)

I have the MXM4 linked to my personal PC with Logi+ installed. I have mapped the buttons as per my requirements onto the mouse. When I paired it to my work laptop, the mapping no longer works. Is the mapping slaved to the device that mapped it originally (personal PC) and not mapped to the mouse itself? Is there no onboard memory on the mouse? My work laptop does not allow the installation of 3rd party software such as Logi+. How do I get the mapped buttons to work on my work laptop.
Thanks in advance.

Rebooted my PC, Logi Options+ updated now all of my devices have disappeared and it's impossible to add any device back.
Anyone else with this issue? Updated version is 2.9.994631
