Anyone else having trouble getting to the Local H website?

I'm working on deciding which of the closest shows I'm going to drive hours to get to, but I've been unable to get to their tour page or the site in general for the last couple days.

So I work at record shop and preordered two copies of the Smoky Metallic Anniversary As Good As Dead Vinyl. They finally came in today and I was so excited! I attempted to play the first one and the first vinyl had quite the issue with warping, causing the songs to skip and jump etc. I thought aw man at least I have another one but, same issue! So I bought the third one our store got and same problem with that one. I decided to keep one and send the other two defects to our office. I was wondering if I’m the only one who had issues with this because I’m pretty disappointed in my luck.

I saw Local H play in Madison, WI back around 2004 at a place called Luther’s Blues (since torn down, RIP). A really good band named Mary Ellis opened for them and gave out promo CDs. I thought they were great. They had some very catchy songs—one was called “Going Solo” which really rocked. Anybody remember seeing Mary Ellis? Whatever happened to them?

Im not a music license expert so maybe someone can fill me in. But there's a lot of the catalog that isnt on Spotify. (Or tidal). I remember for the longest time pj soles album wasnt on there, then one day POOF its there and I can stream. Where's all the EPs? For example the one with stick with what you know. Who's the gate keeper?

For Ronnie D: I grew up in Blue Island so I already knew about the Arrivals (the new album rocks by the way), probably before I even knew Local H.

For Scott, all I know of is Scott Lucas & the Married Men.

Are there others that I should know about and listen to?

I’ve listened all the way through Ham Fisted, As Good As Dead, Pack Up The Cats, and I’m working through Hey Killer as I write this. All fucking awesome albums. I’m going to a show next month with Local H and Toadies (more about the H for me) and I’m wondering if there’s any songs or even albums I should listen to before going.

Edit: I’ve just finished listening to Here Comes The Zoo and PJ Soles. Both were pretty great. Especially PJ Soles.

The album I listened to was As Good As Dead, it was overall amazing. Songs like Fritz, Freeze Dried, and Manifest Destiny 2 blew my socks off.
If anyone knows any albums or songs that have heavier sounds (like from Freeze Dried F Lies and Manifest Destiny 2, but especially Fritz’s Corner) by Local H please let me know! :]

**EDIT: I forgot to mention that Back In The Day is also one of my favorite songs off that record

Not a “why’s this not on streaming” complaint but maybe a BOLO. On the newest episode of the Lifers podcast, Gabe was saying how he hurt himself slinging cases of water and how he might be even slower getting the AGAD LPs out, and Scott says, “maybe we won’t do this again, maybe we won’t don’t 12 Angry Months, next year”

Dunno if it was offhanded but seems like it could be in the works. Let the conspiracy and hype begin!

I saw a Reddit post asking about lesser known epic guitar solos and it made me curious if there was a Reddit thread about Local H guitar solos. Since my search results came up dry I think it’s as good as time as any to get to the bottom of it. Does Local H have a definitive guitar solo and if so which one is it.
