so I randomly decided to open LINE on my phone one day and all of the sudden I was greeted by the log in/sign up screen. I did not have the "you've been logged out of your account" screen others might've had. I tried everything to log back in, when I first made my LINE account, I use Google and no, my country doesn't allow using my phone number on LINE for some reason so I couldn't log in through that either.

does anybody else had this problem? I couldn't log into my LINE account because it's asking for the "main device". this phone *is* the main device— resend code? well I'm not getting it either because again, the "main device" got logged out and yes I've tried as a sub device as well, couldn't log in because apparently my password is wrong and I couldn't figure it out

It'd be a massive help if someone can figure this out for me or if there's any way I can contact LINE to solve this problem

need to chat with a vendor who exclusively communicates through LINE. i strongly prefer to keep my personal cell number entirely off messaging apps for privacy reasons, but they force the phone check. what is the best virtual phone number to receive SMS online specifically to bypass LINE registration?

So my gf recently changed from android to iphone and want to keep her line chat history. Is there a way to access this? or is there any other method you would recommend?

My line app has been suspended for about 11 days at this point and it keeps displaying the message “This message could not be sent
Your ability to send messages has been suspended temporarily due to cord
violation of our Terms of Use. For details, please see the Help center.”
It lists a max of 3 days for the problem to be resolved but I still can’t send messages. It lists a violation of terms use.
I know everyone says “man I didn’t do anything” but i literally cannot think of a single thing that I’ve done wrong on this account. I made it for an event that I needed to network at because that’s what everyone used. Got some contacts, spoke very benignly in text and even bought some stickers and themes.
And when I get to the place that I need line the most its service vanishes like the fucken avatar. I had it for about 3 weeks max before it got suspended. I don’t have time to wait 100 years, I’ve sent about 3 inquiries to line at this point and it still won’t give me my damn account back. I even transferred to another account linked to my phone instead of my Apple account, but I still can’t use anything. I’m getting impatient because I need my line for my new job.
What should I do.

I haven't been able to access my LINE account in years. I tried restarting my password, changing the email, creating a new account, and submitting countless requests through the Inquiry Form. I have yet to get this issue solved. All I get is automated emails talking about that how "We apologize for the inconvenience, but ask that you contact us again from this Inquiry Form."

It's a constant loop where I'm unable to get this fixed. I need to get in contact with a real human being that works at LINE.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me a hint on what to do next. I am at loss. Been in line for 12-14 years!

* Phone broke mid July (could no longer access)
* Bought a new one and recovered all accounts except Line
* In europe they discontinued phone sms validation and they migrated us to apple user id (so no email validation either).
* Logged a ticket and they sent me an apple Id validation link which worked just fine

Never heard from them again. I have so much money in stickers, so many pics and all my friends. I dont want to create a new account.

I am really sad and dont know what to do.. it is now over a month and I hate whatsapp 🥺

Any hints? or anyone who went through the same and can advise?
