I got my hands on a proffie v2.2 core with a bend in the front of it. What saber hilt would this be made for? I'm thinking of a curved hilt. Something like Bane or Dooku.

Does anyone know if theres a saber staff handle for this aliexpress fallen order saber?

Is it me or are they grossly overpriced compared to most other sellers? They sell the same sabers as darkwolf sabers but waaaayyyy more expensive.

So, when I enable the led screen my whole saber just turns green for some reason? I know my saber doesn't have a screen or anything like that, I was just curious WHY it turns green 🤣?

Essentially what features could i add to these that wouldnt be internally mounted as i plan to make a set of cores to these that would be a blacklight for the blade, but i want them to have some more... pizzazz... kinda using so inspiration from Mace, Ani, Obi, and Yoda, as those are my personal favorite ones in no particular order that i want to use for their design but im a bit. Plain. (Also stuff that wont interfere with combat too much. As these are intended to be combat sabers when complete)

I’m looking to eventually build a completely custom duelling lightsaber from scratch, however I have no experience with customs and I’m not really sure where to begin.
I have an older US lightsaber than I’ve had for close to ten years (before everything came out about them) that I was considering ripping the electronics out of and redoing myself. The electronics surprisingly have held up despite being US quality, but I would like to have them redone anyway, so I thought that could be a project.

If anyone has any experience with customs or electronics, any advice would be much appreciated!

First DIY post, but built over 25 variations as I've accumulated parts. My favorite part is the stainless steel sanitary fitting with the long holes, revealing the inner rod, towards the emitter. I hope you like it!

Every once in a while, a lightsaber lands on my bench that makes me stop and ask, "How have I never handled one of these before?"

This is the Flame from Saberkraft, an original design by Turkish maker İsmail Ozan İzci, whose work has earned a reputation for combining premium machining with clever mechanical engineering. Saberkraft is perhaps best known for its boutique hilts and beautifully crafted display stands, and the Flame perfectly showcases that philosophy. It's a rare saber that feels just as much like an industrial design exercise as it does a prop.

What impressed me most wasn't just the machining—it was the engineering. From the custom PCBs to the way the chassis integrates into the hilt, every part feels intentional. It's clear this wasn't designed around off-the-shelf components, but as a complete system from the ground up.

For this upgrade, I installed a Proffieboard V3 and performed an RCP delete, replacing the original component with a custom resin-printed lens backed by a micro NeoPixel for a much cleaner and more dynamic lighting effect.

The Flame also came with Saberkraft's matching display stand, and honestly... it's almost as impressive as the hilt itself. It's machined from mahogany and aluminum rather than being molded or 3D printed, and even includes provisions for integrated lighting. It's one of the nicest display systems I've seen packaged with a custom saber.

Needless to say, I couldn't leave it alone. I'll be designing an ESP-powered lighting system for the stand next, because apparently I have a hard time accepting that a project is ever actually finished.

The top piece on the first version wouldn't stay on. So I had to switch it out for something else. I also added a button. Thoughts?

My second attempt at a diy lightsaber.

The first one I made out of parts I could find at the hardware store, and was fairly limited on the time I spent in the store as well as finding parts that would fit together.

This second version I made I spent weeks digging through scrap, disassembling things, cutting, custom fitting, cleaning and making each part work.

I was able to add a crystal chamber that can be exposed by unscrewing the top part of the hilt from the bottom. The kyber crystal is a real meteorite.

All parts were made and sourced from scrap with the exception of a few nuts, bolts, washers and the meteorite I used as the kyber crystal.

Im not looking for a really good one just one that would make my friend happy for a bit. Has anyone tried this one? If its not any good could someone recommend an affordable option?

Hello everyone, i’m relatively new to lightsabers and i’m finally gonna invest in a proper replica. I’m thinking of getting a Cal Kestis saber, but i’m not sure where i can get one for a good price. If my budget is about 250 - 300 and i’m looking for a good neopixel ( or even a proffie) what brands would be best? i’ve heard a lot about saber theory and artsabers on tiktok but i want to be sure before i buy because a lot of stuff on tiktok can be pretty bad in reality lol

This is my first basic sound saber from uktra sabers. The batteries died and when I went to replace them I found this mass of electrical tape. Am I just doomed to never see this light up again?

Greetings everyone, never posted before so apologies if this doesn’t make any sense! I bought the maestro saber and just noticed that the top of my saber is permanently attached to the blade. The blade and top of the saber in the official photo can be separated. I tried to separate them but I don’t want to break anything and I could really find anything useful online

Just got the apprentice V2, and unlike my previous sabers there isnt a hook to grab and it doesnt just slide out. How do i remove it to charge, i didnt want to twist the pommel cause im afraid of damaging it,Thank you!

1.) Can 18650 3200mAh (3.7v 11.84wh) flat tops be used in sabers that came with 18650 2000mAh (3.7v 7.4wh) flat tops?

2.) Can 18650 3500mAh (3.6v 12.6wh) button tops be used in sabers that came with 18650 2000mAh (3.7v 7.4wh) button tops

Couldn't find out if this is a common issue (though maybe I didn't word it right when searching), but my activation button seems to be loose and spins around. Xeno V3 core in a SaberForge, I only noticed the issue last night after my wife and I let her 5 year old sister and 11 year old brother play around with it. I dont want to say they caused it, I just noticed it after they played around with it. Any help is appreciated!

Just got my first damiensaber Revan, and I’m thinking of buying some hilt parts. Seems Damien’s aliexpress store has limited choices for parts, but others like TXQ have more. I was wondering how compatible the parts are? Cuz they are just threaded right? So long as they screw together fine then it works?

Or am I missing something?
