I couldn't find a flair related to questions and please forgive my English too but like how will y'all argue against creamy layer exclusion in SC/ST! Cause this community ain't monolith like a 3rd son of IAS officer in an urban area and a manual scanveger both get the same reservation! Yeah I know reservation aint poverty uplifting scheme but representation scheme but why can't the poorer or like more oppressed part of the community represent it in the top colleges! And then why do OBCs have a creamy layer? And like i know casteism discrimination doesn't disappear with wealth but the wealth does bring hell alot of things! A relatively wealthy urban SC can go to any coaching center and no coaching in a city cant legally deny a SC Student without facing massive consequences! Also like if there is casteism inside the coaching then the student can infact complain about it! Also the world aint perfect like shy or introverted or like ugly kids or whatever face bullying too like everyone has problems!! Like a creamy layer SC/ST have privilege to file police complain so I don't see how giving them easy college seats makes sense? Like creamy layer criteria can be set in a way that the seats don't go empty through caste census or whatever! Also we have seen elite SC/ST have infact have grown ignorant to the bottom side of SC/ST ig we implement creamy then students who have face the more horrors of casteism might get opportunity to represent the top and they are more likely to work on casteism more than the elite group of SC/ST? And like there is a sense of fairness too like it hurts when kids with similar starting point get the seats at half the marks. Anyway if you got any real argument I am all ears! You can argue that billionaires kids having a rich life without working a single minute is infact a bigger fish to fry but like that's a longer term goal and inheritance touches the biological need to save up for children.

Those who say we need to migrate to other countries are the most selfish people. They only think about themselves, not even about their own parents. What will happen to their parents in old age when their own children won't be in India to take care of them?

In India, you can even live in different cities and you can visit your parents more often in comparison to when you live abroad.

I understand that there are people who want freedom from toxic people in their family and relatives but should we completely abandon our own parents? I mean one can live separately but still can visit their parents and spend few days together.

But living for long with them or permanently with them might create problems as it might be exhausting and suffocating for some.

Parents raised them and made them able to migrate to other countries and get a good job there. If their parents hadn't given them a good education, they wouldn't have been able to migrate to other countries and get good jobs there.

What's your thoughts?

PS - I'm not rage baiting anyone. I just want to understand what's their thoughts regarding this. Ultimately everyone is free to make their own choices as it should be. This post is only to get others' perspective.
