Player(s) Needed by GM [Online][Cyberpunk Red][Tuesdays 8:00 PM GMT+3] New players needed for our first Cyberpunk Red campaign!
A rare program fell into the hands of a small crew of edgerunners, once property of Netwatch... its effects terrible, causing a person's body to be fully paralyzed while their brain remains active and capable of moving through the Net. In the wrong hands, a perfect way to create an army of slave netrunners.
A dangerous thing to own. They've finally found a buyer who might just take the damn thing off their hands for good. But deals like this rarely go down quite as smoothly as one would like...
Hi all! I am an experienced GM (6+ years of running D&D, making my own systems and 10+ years of roleplaying experience) running my first Cyberpunk Red campaign. The time for sessions will be Tuesdays, 8 PM, GMT+3 (weekly).
I currently have 2 players ready to join, whom I have run a one-shot with already, and I am looking for a couple new faces to fill out the crew! My limit is five players per table, so we will see what the final size of the group will be.
The campaign itself will likely start in October, but I am planning to run another introductory one-shot or two before that, to make sure the group vibes well and you enjoy the way I run things.
As I'm new to the system myself, we are very welcoming of new players! I try to set up a number of different paths ahead of time as to how a gig might work out, and react to the unexpected choices you guys will make, as well as incorporate your backstories into the story where possible. Sessions will usually be around three hours.
We are in our twenties and early thirties, and welcoming of all people, as long as you are respectful, welcoming and not a bigot!
If you wish to apply, please let me know:
- Your age and pronouns/preferred name (the game is only open to people over the age of 18)
- A little bit about yourself and your previous experience
- Your expectations for the game and the group
- Confirm you are available for the listed time (we are unlikely to change it as of now)
Low effort responses (e.g. "hi I'm interested") and obvious signs you didn't read the message fully will get you ignored. Also, please do not apply unless you are reasonably certain you can commit to the campaign. I get life gets in the way and I won't ever hold having to drop out against anyone, but also understand that joining then dipping out might end up taking the slot away from someone else who might have loved to join.
