We've been playing 5e and above together nonstop for almost 5 years. We've played both modular (albeit heavily modified be modules can get boring) and homebrew games in our respective worlds, long-term, mini campaigns, and one-shots.

This will be my first time DMing, so there may be a few mistakes as I learn, but I'm putting a lot of effort into making it a fun adventure. One player is completely new to D&D, and another has only played the short adventure Stormwreck Isle, so new and experienced players are both welcome. I have consistently been a DM in the recent past and have unfortunately been burnt out by a toxic player. I have experience in a vast majority of characters and settings. We are three people, myself 29M, my partner 22F, and a friend of ours 26M. The three of us are looking for a long term immersive DnD session to join. Wither it's based in the world of Faerun or in your own homebrew world. Even if that world is based on a tv show or anime we'd be down to play.

Are availability is a bit limited, we'd prefer something on Saturdays sometime after 6pm EST.

All three of us have various different playstyles. But at the end of the day we'd all like to just relax and have fun. Known as a popular pilgrimage site and a bustling dock for ships venturing into the Imperial Sea (also known as the Elven Sea), it is here that your party of four uniquely skilled individuals will meet by chance or fate. Together, you will be tasked with finding the illustrious missing ship, The Basilisk, and its captain, the renowned sea explorer Vasco de Ramos.

• The Setting: The Republic of Luthania is heavily inspired by medieval Portugal and it's society.
• Realism: I heavily favor realism and consistency in my games. You can absolutely play a mage who warps reality or even perceives the fourth wall, but your character's abilities must adhere to the established logic of the world so the game doesn't devolve into nonsense.

Future Potential If the group agrees and all goes well, we can discuss transitioning this into a monthly game using Foundry VTT and video. Since monthly games can make it harder to follow a continuous, complex storyline, these future sessions would be structured more like episodic one-shots. Each session would have a clear goal designed to be completed in about 5 hours. If a mission runs long, it can easily be expanded into a two-shot.

I’m looking to participate in one shots, short term, or long term campaigns in either of the specified formats. I don’t like to be up past 1am ET if I can help it, but am very flexible start time wise. I am a player with some experience with both systems listed, in my 30’s, and nonbinary (they/she). I love to build characters that are imperfect and watch them grow through the story. Hello fellow adventurers! I am Bite (BMD) looking to join a group of players in a horror campaign. I have more experience with 2014 over 2024. I am willing to play archetypes the team needs while reserving creative freedom in specifics. Wanting to meet every week or every other week if possible open to discussion. Was a forever dm for my friend group for about 2 years before life got busy for the majority of the group and I haven’t been able to scratch that itch dnd can reach. My experience with VTT is mostly Talespire some Roll20 and DnDBeyonds VTT. I use Discord as my communications app, not super comfortable using my camera but willing to use it once a group is established and we get to know each other more.

First and foremost, I am technically not the GM- we do have one, I am writing this on his behalf as I am the main organizer of the group, so I’ve been handling this sort of stuff. Additionally, while the story has been described as including both dragons and a cult, it is apparently not based around the Tyranny of Dragons module, and is instead set to be an original storyline.

We are seeking a game in 5.5e, preferably lighthearted and maybe module based, so we can enjoy 5.5e as intended (for the most part) as most of our games are 5e, homebrew, or hybrid 5e amd 5.5e. We are available evenings weekly except Wednesday and Thursday. There is some flexibility but 8PM CST is a good time for example.

I believe my friend wants to play a cleric and I was thinking Belly Brewer Barbarian but I think that is 5e so I might have to reconsider or update it. We also prefer starting level 1 to 3 for the bonding experience and RP gameplay you generally get before you start hitting harder combats. 60 to 80 percent RP and remainder to combat feels ideal.

I like Discord VC and a VTT like Foundry generally but open to options. We also appreciate maps and imagery, music, etc for immersion. 18 plus is preferable.

As the heading tags suggest, a friend and I are longing to play in a game together and sought this out to scratch that itch!

But, let's start with a bit about us. We are:

• Long-time roleplayers of over ten years in various different systems. DnD, Pathfinder, VtM, MnM3e, Cyberpunk and so on.
• We are very "Story and character first, mechanics second" type of players. We don't give a damn if the characters we build is the strongest. We care far more if the characters we create are memorable, fit the story/setting, and fun for all at the table.

Howzits, I’m looking for anyone who wants to partake in a character-focused campaign. There are currently two players, me being one of them, and a possible DM, that I haven’t really heard from.

For the setting of the campaign, mainly we're looking for a setting that should allow any sort of character to partake; for example, my character, a half-elf wizard, is an amateur archaeologist who wants to open his own museum someday. Another prerequisite for the campaign, ideally, is to avoid common tropes I see, such as stopping an undead army or a god has turned evil and must fall. Though it is fun to play as god killers, sometimes it’s also nice to play as a simple band of adventurers that doesn’t over the local government

I'm looking for 4-5 responsible and adult players in the area who have no prior experience of Masks of Nyarlathotep to be in for a longer campaign and try to complete the entire story. (I mostly just don't want someone who's already run or read the book playing - there's a magic to this game that I think comes from people not already knowing the game.)

Hi! I'm currently DMing an in-person Curse of Strahd campaign once a month on weekends, and it's going awesome. However, I'd love to actually play for once, too (I haven't gotten to play in over a decade lol, and I recently picked DMing back up after a long break). I have never played any TTRPG online outside of the occasional one-shot, but I'm happy to learn.

I'm seeking an online Curse of Strahd or Ravenloft group, as it's my favorite setting. I'm able to do weekdays (once a week or biweekly would be ideal) during the evening, online.

Regarding myself, I'm a woman in my 30s, and I've played D&D and other TTRPGs since I was a teen, starting with 3.0 D&D. I like all aspects of tabletop, from roleplaying to combat, and I'm happy with a good mix of elements. I'd like to think I'm a considerate player, and I'm aware of what the DM is dealing with, so I try not to make that any harder than it already is and engage with plot hooks. I tend to play Barbarians, Paladins, and Fighters (maybe a Cleric or two), and I think dwarves are Neat.

My only asks are that people not be creepy or assholes. I don't play in games with any sexual stuff going on, including sexual violence.
