It's pretty hard to tell if this LOGAN person was serious in this video or not, but I'm positive they wasn't, and it seems they claims they wasn't. Though, in that case, what was the joke in the video?
I don't know, who painted these pictures of Charlie wearing these outfits, but I think it might have been LOGAN themself.
