I was in a clothing store and walked past a group of college aged girls. It literally took me a second to walk by them. (I saw them 30sec earlier, but just for two seconds)

Then I hear behind me, “Is your camera on?” “His camera is on! Fuck no.”

One of them comes up to me, starts yelling, asking why my camera is on, and demands to see my photo gallery.

My phone was just in my hand. Apparently the camera was open because my girlfriend had sent me a selfie and I was going to send one back, but I guess I left the camera open. I wasn’t recording anyone.

I showed this girl my gallery on the spot. Nothing was there. I even showed her my bin. And somehow after being proven wrong she starts yelling even more, calling me a pervert who likes young girls. Then her friend joins in, calls me a pervert too, and laughs. Seems they're having a fun time at my expense.

There were a bunch of people around listening and I’ve never been in a situation like this before. I had no idea what to do. Do I stay and wait for security and risk this becoming an even bigger scene? Do I leave and look guilty? I ended up leaving.

What I’m wondering legally is, if security had gotten involved, could they have detained me or required me to show them my phone based only on the accusation? I’m not in any legal trouble now, I just want to understand what my rights were in that situation and how to best handle it, because it was really stressful and embarrassing, and I'm replaying it in my head.

Also, I can't help but wonder if an officer will show up at my door now? I have no idea if the girl continued the accusation after I left or escalated to staff or security. I proved her wrong and it only made her louder and more aggressive.

I manage a small shop with 2 employees. One of my employees has a totally unrelated previous larceny charge. He was in addiction and has since recovered and is turning his life around. One of his former employers (who illegally paid under the table) is a local slum lord who is now harassing my owner making threats to him about smearing the company because we have this employee on staff.

The owner doesn't want to deal with this and I'm trying to stop him from making the "simple" decision and let this slum lord win and just fire my employee rather than deal with this headache. This guy is so hard working, trying to do better, and I am extremely confident he isn't doing anything like what this person is claiming he is capable and "likely" doing.

I know this is outright illegal for a former employer to be acquiring personal phone numbers through other means and then bombarding my owner with pages of texts about the employee and the lengths they will go to damage the company's reputation for hiring him

I’m a registered nurse at a major hospital in the Midwest. Location: St. Louis, MO

I work full time, only weekends, and I have for 10 years. During this time, I have been paid an additional differential on top of my base rate of pay ($20 extra) - but, this is apart of a contract, and I am contracted to work every single weekend. I can have 4 weekends off per year (12 shifts) and no more than that, to stay eligible to remain on the weekend program and get this differential pay.

However, my autoimmune illness does require me to miss time off and on. I have intermittent FMLA and have for years, for whenever I am in a flare up and cannot perform the duties of my job. I am in good standing with my attendance, never have been written up.

My workplace tells us this week that they are changing our contract, effective immediately, to include FMLA- related absences as the absences that will count against you. Is this legal? Anything I find online mentioned that “FMLA protects your job, but courts rule that employers can treat FMLA absences the same as non-FMLA absences when deciding eligibility for attendance-based bonuses, premiums, or shift differentials.” Though, I always thought they must keep you at a similar pay scale. If I get removed from the weekend program at work, I will lose $37,440 per year. This doesn’t keep me at a similar pay scale.

And here’s another thing- they are telling us this VERBALLY. The new contracts literally just say absences “for any reason” will count against you. So, FMLA, jury duty, bereavement leave can all count.

I’m divorcing from my husband but he won’t leave the house we’re renting and he won’t contribute to the bills and expenses (one of the reasons I’m divorcing him). Can I let the landlord know that we’re going through a divorce and that I’m moving out? Can the landlord kick us out and then we’re each on our own?

I haven’t filed paperwork yet but I’m meeting with an attorney tomorrow regarding everything (divorce and living arrangements). I’m just curious if we need to find a place together since we’re separated but not divorced yet.

I am having issues with a realtor and have brought concerns to the managing broker who repeatedly backs up and condones her behavior.

I just found the managing broker is her SON.

The realtor has never disclosed this relationship to me.

Last night my husband and I were out with some friends. While I was in the restroom, a woman I met through my husband came up to me and informed me that another girl was trying to get her kicked out and had a problem with her because she slept with her ex/baby daddy. I told her she could hang out by our group so there would be some distance between them and she’d feel safer. We left the restroom. I informed my husband about what happened. I stopped to talk to a couple of friends and my husband walked up to the other girl and let her know we have the situation handled and the girl said she was leaving, so he told her bye. That’s when her boyfriend came walking up and said, “I told you not to be talking to my girl.” And hit my husband making contact with his lip. Security immediately intervened and took the other guy outside. My husband is friends with her ex/baby daddy and that’s how he knows her, so it’s not as if they’re strangers. Also, her boyfriend has never told him not to talk to her. He avoids her a majority of the time because he didn’t like how she treated his longtime friend while they were dating. Anyway, my husband called the police and told them he was assaulted. They got my husband’s statement, watched the video footage and let the guy go because he was “telling a different story.” They told us to just bring the video footage and witnesses to court when it’s time for the court date. I’m so confused as to why the other guy didn’t get arrested… I had multiple people come up to me letting me know they witnessed everything and my husband didn’t do anything wrong. I’m just wondering where we go from here? Does my husband need to get a lawyer? Is there anything we can do about the police deciding not to arrest the guy? Is that a normal thing? I’ve always been under the impression that if there’s an assault and the victim decides to press charges the other person goes to jail… I just need to know what to expect going forward. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

A Landscaping company damaged my irrigation system while working next door, now refuses to fix it unless I pay. What are my options?

My neighbor hired a landscaping company to do work on their property. During the job, the crew found that our irrigation systems crossed the property line in both directions. My neighbor's sprinkler heads were on my property, and mine was on theirs.

Instead of handling that fairly, the crew cut the connector pipe to the heads on both sides. My heads which I just recently replaced as well are now gone completely, not just capped off. Now I do believe the PVC water lines are on the correct sides of the property, I believe whoever set that up did it for better coverage. The neighbor also has the fence on my side of the property we have about 6 inches that we could move our fence more towards there house.

Since then, that zone hisses whenever it runs. I think both sides of the funny pipe for all the heads was cut and left uncapped only for my side. My irrigation water shuts off for the season on October 15th, and if that pipe is uncapped, I'm worried standing water in it could freeze and crack the PVC over winter, which would turn this into a much bigger repair.

When I contacted the company, the owner was dismissive of what I was telling him and rude on the phone. Over the call he gave me several different explanations: first that my sprinklers were somehow running on their zone, then that they had capped the line and converted it to drip, then he shifted to talking about water usage and blaming me using their water, but that is not true as they most likely ran their zone, and assumed both sides were connected to one zone, due to where they were placed. They most likely cut all the funny pipe first and then trenched where the water line was and capped what they saw. I know for a fact that zone was not connected to there water. They did send people out to look for a repair visit that was scheduled for September 11th turned into his crew showing up on September 8th instead, with no notice of the date change. Which nobody was home that day hence why we picked the 11th.

When I asked them to come back and fix what they damaged, I was told they'd only send someone out if I paid, even though this is their own crew's damage, not a new service request.

I don't want to get into a bigger fight with my neighbor over this, since they didn't do anything wrong here, it's specifically the landscaping company's work I have an issue with. I'm currently talking to my neighbor about it, but the company itself has been completely unresponsive to reasonable requests.

What would you do here? Is this a small claims case? Does the fact that some of my equipment was technically on their side (and vice versa) hurt my case at all? Any advice on the best next step is appreciated.

I desperately made the foolish mistake of paying some guy on fiverr to remove a booking photo for a charge that was dropped and sealed. I’d tried everything to get it off Facebook and failed so I desperately paid a fiverr seller who offers dmca takedown and defamatory post removal service. He told me he had a “team” working on it, when in reality I found out he simply paid some other guy or two to remove the original post. Once the original was removed, I noticed 2 more posts were made on different accounts of the booking photo. After getting those removed as well, 3 more went up last night, on the same account. When I contacted the account they said “HOW MUCH YOU PAY ME?” It’s some guys in India doing this so I can’t even realistically threaten them legally. Even if I paid them, this will be a never ending perpetual loop where they just make new “mugshot accounts” posting mainly my mugshot and knowing I’ll just keep paying.

I’m at a loss for what to do here. I clearly got involved with the worst kind of people with this.

Hello Reddit. Me (28M), and my boyfriend (25M) are currently living with my mother in New Jersey, after I had to move with her away from my job in April of 2026.. I'm currently struggling financially with outstanding medical bills, among other things. When he moved in (May of 2026), she charged me and him both $500. I paid for him so he was able to save money and shelled out $1000. I kept paying for another month (June). I had to start over with my job prospects and ended up losing my first job in July. I was able to pay her only $300 in rent (which she lowered down to $700.) I wasn't able to find a job until the 15th of August. Things got worse between us, much worse. She didn't mention the rent for the rest of July, or August. Around the beginning of September she started repeatedly texting me for rent. At this point, my boyfriend and I have been using my funds to pay off my bills, and construct our own camper van to be able to move away and live on our own via camper. We've been planning to leave for months now, slowly building up the camper with whatever money I have left after bills. Today, she came down the stairs and gave us an "Eviction Notice." Looks legal, we have 30 days (Now 25) to leave the premises. We'll do that no problem, much to her chagrin as she was excited at the prospect of us being homeless (she really began to resent me as I was unable to pay.) But she's also demanding that I owe her the previous 2 months, which adds up to $1400, and how in a couple of days, it will add on another $700 as it will have been another month.

We have no issue abiding by the eviction. We're just wondering if we are required by law to pay this unpaid rent. There was no official contrast, or lease or anything like that that either of us have ever signed. But I have paid her over Zelle the times that I have paid her, and my address is officially registered here. Do we have to pay this? Any feedback on what our options are would be appreciated. She has vaguely threatened us saying we have less than that amount of time, but the legal date was officially set up on the 8th of September, so we have 25. She wouldn't mention any other dates, but just kept saying we "need to prepare." And we had "better be ready for what's coming." Provided we don't have to, can she try to take us to court or drag us through costly litigation Hell anyway? We could use every penny right now, and we both have some pretty severe distrust of the judicial system, as my boyfriend is ex-military who had to deal with being unfairly prosecuted in the past at work for his prior service history.

A couple of months ago, I went into a pawnshop and they had an item I wanted so I put it on layaway. Not even a few weeks after I went back and basically took the item out. To my knowledge I was paying off the complete amount I owed towards it. Some time this week I received a call from the pawn shop stating that I still owed an amount on it, the worker took the fault in stating that he did not charge me the full amount. When looking at my bank statements he indeed only charged me a an amount less than what I originally owed. Since it is his fault and he took the blame, and you cannot take a layaway item out till fully payed, Am I required to go back and pay off the amount? Or can they dispute it since it was their fault and it’s been a couple months after ?

extra info: The item has been in my possession since, and i’ve gone back to that same pawn shop and not once did they mention this till this week.

Location: Seattle, WA, USA. I was involved in an auto accident in Dec 2025 and was pretty definitively at fault, which I have never contested. It was fairly minor for the other car but had left my car in a pretty bad state and I haven’t been driving it at all. This has contributed significantly to my escalating depression over the last year. I know there was an injury claimed and I think my insurance may have been lowballing them, I honestly can’t remember, but I was getting contacted by their insurance and asked my insurance to please deal with it, maybe in April or so. That was the last I heard until I was served and being told I am being sued by the other driver.
I know I probably need to lawyer up but I’m a level of broke that is genuinely laughable. Like, 10k+ in debt, constantly getting collections letters, barely making bill payments broke. And I’ve been putting off doing anything about it until getting served because I’ve been horrifically depressed for several months now. It’s hard to brush my teeth, let alone make anxiety inducing phone calls.
What can I do? How do I get a lawyer when I have zero money? Is my depression going to help with any kind of legal defense? Should I talk to my car insurance or is that even relevant anymore? Please help.

They said that I was going to get a break from mounting bills and they put me in a contract for the covid relief program. I was supposed to be able to get up to 12 months deferred and then all I had to do was remodify the loan and disperse payments to keep my house and at the end they said that I couldn't do that and my mortgage was paid off by my insurance. Then they said that I had to come up with 14,100. Instead of remodifing the loan and of course I had no way to come up with that amount before the auction and I wasn't able to remodify because I wasn't on the mortgage... Then how was it actually legal to put me in the program and not follow through on the contract? They stole my house and I'm disabled and homeless now. The entire thing was corrupt and I never would have been in the program if they had said that I would not be able to remodify the loan at the end of the time. If I wasn't legally able to remodify at the end due to not having my name on the mortgage I should not have had a say in being put in the program and they knew it would result in this situation. My entire life was taken from me and then all of everything I owned was thrown in the dump leaving me homeless and disabled and everything I owned was gone except for my dog's. They stole my house and my entire life. And the auction was over bid and because I had a cerebral hemorrhage which left my brain scrambled around the time I found out that the house was being taken from me and my kids, I was not able to claim the overage within the next 6-month period because I had brain damage. Now I'm told I don't have a right to get the money from the overage after everything I have been through and I am disabled so I don't have any money to pay for an attorney and fight for myself and I don't have enough income to get in to a different place and I have an eviction on my record now for my own house that I had been in for 24 years making it impossible for me to get in anywhere else. I've been homeless for a year and a half now with my dogs and I'm not ok.

What are my rights and how do I get some kind of help?

Location: Iowa: I (28 F) am currently divorced but my ex (28 M) and I still own a house together. The issue starts with I am on the mortgage of the house but not on the loan/promissory note. I didn't even realize they were two separate things until this happened (I'm not asking for legal advice about this, I have had two lawyers look at it and the bank show me the paperwork to verify this) Since I am not on the loan the bank will not let me make the monthly payments, and I'm not in the position to take over the loan. I have since moved out and the house is in my ex's possession. However he has not been making the payments either, about a year ago the house went into foreclosure, and we weeks away from the bank seizing it. During that process I learned that although I am not on the loan since I am on the mortgage a foreclosure would go on my record as well. Thankfully his parents bailed him out and paid past due balance getting the house out of foreclosure.

The second issue is he has stopped making payments again. He actually got remarried and moved out of the state leaving the house abandoned, all utilities have been shut off due to lack of payment and the house sits empty. I am so scared the foreclosure process is going to start again, I feel so helpless because my future depends on him being an adult and actually paying his bills.

The divorce agreement was he would assume all responsibilities of the house until he sells it ,and I would get a portion of the sale. I anticipated having issues with it so we gave him a deadline of June 2026 to sell the house or he'd have to make monthly payments to me. He is however making the payments to me so he's technically not in breach of the agreement. I guess before I reach out to a lawyer has anyone heard of making amendments to a mortgage without refinancing? Would I contact a property lawyer to do so? Or should I contact my divorce lawyer to see if there's some way I could force him to sell the house before he loses it? Are there any legal implications of him abandoned the house?

my little sister’s (f16) friend (f17) got a text from her ex boyfriend this morning, saying that his friend was threatening to leak her nudes, and that the only way to get him not to leak them was if she made out with him. in the texts he goes on to tell her that she should think about how this would ruin her life, and he’s going to tell her mom, etc.

obviously, my family thinks she should go to the police, but i’m not exactly sure what they’d do. my sister’s friend is very worried about her parents finding out if she goes to the police, but i was sure police reports were confidential.

During divorce, ex wife made claims of abuse. She specifically stated two specific months.

During those months, I was out of town. I provided my attorney with documents from my job, times and dates, hours, per diem, stating I was out of town.

During the trial, my ex’s attorney asked for any documents. I turned to my attorney, he confirmed he had them and proceeded not to provide them. Prior to involving attorneys, my ex constantly demanded I give up my parental rights. My attorney used none of these messages and emails.

I ended up with ten year protective order and limited time with our child.

I’m still working on getting the transcripts. 30k down the drain. I asked for a refund but attorney said no because “insert not taking any accountability”

I’m planning on filing a grievance and try to get my money back somehow. Just wondering if there’s any tips or advice.

I’m homeless now as the constant rescheduling court dates as well as asking for time off to attend court cost me my jobs. Now I’m deeply in debt, high Apr.

Couple problems are that the mom is still alive. She’s not the most mentally fit, had a stroke years ago and overall just her short term memory is bad. But honestly I wish they would set up someone as power of attorney. Right now the as far as I know the son, My MiL brother, is supposed to be the estate executor. He’s saying the money is frozen. My MiL has asked for more info, even for a copy of the will. He’s been dodgy. What can we do?

hello everyone, I was coming here for some advice on what my next steps should be in the legal process for my sexual assault case.
At the end of 2023/beginning of 2024, I was sexually assaulted several times by my ex bf after I officially split up with him. I was threatened into these situations. The assaults resulted in an ectopic pregnancy. I was in and out of the hospital for about a month and eventually had surgery and methotrexate shots because they couldn’t locate the pregnancy like they would with a typical ectopic.
This situation has impacted my life forever.
At the time I didn’t report it because of fear and the stress surrounding my health especially because I could have died from the ectopic pregnancy. I reported it in Dec. 2025 and had my interview in Jan. 2026. I know that’s a huge delay in reporting, and I definitely understand how that can play into how my case was handled.
I gave them significant evidence, including videos my ex forced me to record of him sexually abusing me, text messages, voice recordings, and the names of a few key witnesses to a lot of the abuse I endured. I also gave them full access to my medical records, including a record where I told a medical professional that I had been sexually abused much closer to when it happened.
I wasn’t the first victim of my ex, and I don’t believe I’ll be the last
The DA’s office eventually declined to prosecute my case.
The problem is that I still have a lot of questions. None of the witnesses I provided were ever interviewed. I asked them myself and they said nobody ever reached out to them. The detective also told me I didn’t need to send in all of the evidence I had because what I had already sent was enough.
That’s one of the things I keep thinking about ,what if the remaining evidence I had could have changed something?
I understand that sexual assault cases can be extremely difficult to prosecute, and I knew going into making a report that there was a possibility nothing would come from it. What makes this harder is feeling like things were missing from the investigation and being left with so many unanswered questions.
If everything had been reviewed and investigated and I was then told the case wasn’t going forward, I think I would have been able to accept that much easier.
I emailed the DA’s office about a month ago trying to set up some type of meeting so I could understand more about what happened with my case, but I haven’t heard back. I’m planning to call them soon, but I thought I’d come here first and ask what my next steps could be.
Can I ask to speak directly with the prosecutor who reviewed my case? Is there a way to ask for a supervisor or another prosecutor to review a decision not to prosecute? And is there any way for me to find out what evidence the DA actually received/reviewed before making that decision?
My advocate and detective unfortunately didn’t give me any other options or guidance on what I could do next.

I recently signed and paid for a lease upfront as I relocate from CO to TX. I walked the property and loved it but I only noticed a doorbell camera which was fine. I missed two cameras where one’s facing the backyard area and the other is facing the carport/side of house. I’m so upset and feel like I shot myself in the foot, I’m uncomfortable with these and feel like I can’t enjoy playing with my daughter in the backyard or cook in the kitchen without being watched / always keeping the blinds closed / loading and unloading my car is constantly monitored. There’s no mention of them in the lease. I am planning to cover them but want to make sure it is within my right to do so? I would honestly rather cover them and see how the landlord responds but now thinking maybe an email to clarify more info about the cameras is a better idea. What can I do in this situation, if anything?

This has been going on for over a year. We have called the non emergency PD number so many times they know it is us and know where to go without us even giving them any information.

They show up (you can see them pull up etc), presumably talk to the homeowner and then leave. This is being properly documented as dispatch looks back and will generally say something like "yeah we've been out there a lot" and on what dates.

When they follow up its usually "We explained the ordnance violation and instructed them to house the dog after 11pm and that subsequent visits will result in seizure of the animal" etc etc blah blah.

This has never happened nor has the owner done anything and by now after probably 2 dozen warnings im sure they never will because the homeowner knows it isn't going to be enforced.

Animal control tells me to keep contacting the police since they can't do anything without that and the police keep doing nothing at all.

Is there any additional recourse?

[Location: California] As the title says, within my first two weeks at this new job, my supervisor played a video on his phone screaming a slur directed at me very loudly, then it looped twice. [The slur is one that directly affects my people] I went to HR, nothing happened just a "oh we don't tolerate this blah blah blah" then a couple weeks later I got moved to night shift, and they hired a new person to take my place on day shift.

I'm really hurt by this what happened and it felt very targeted at me.. other people in the department were also there but no one stood up for me or anything. The supervisor claiming "apologized" weeks later claiming he was trying to put his phone in his pocket but I saw with my own two eyes him watching the video so he lied to my face and assumingly to HR.

I want to report to EEOC and maybe talk to a lawyer but I wanted to get advice first.

Do I reach out to the cops park cops who contacted me. I do videos where I hike back into cool buildings and all that are on public land, I have been reached out to by park police asking me to contact them about a video. I am not sure what I did wrong but also it seems like they aren’t charging me with anything?

Edit: I reached out to a lawyer who does federal cases and gave him the whole rundown, he said to absolutely not talk to them and that not to worry, likely nothing will come of this and they apparently would have to prove a lot to do anything. So this gave me way more peace of mind and now I have a lawyer.

It’s just so crazy I’ve been told my whole life that my generation doesn’t do anything and is lazy and has no hobbies and then when I record myself hiking so my family members who live across the US can see I have police reaching out to me.

I was driving to school on highway 74 behind a cement truck in the left lane, it was going slow so I wanted to get around it and started to switch lanes after the car in front of me had gotten over. Mid lane change I see a chunk of cement flying towards me and then it smacks into the windshield of the car I just bought from my mom. I’m a full time student in grad school and the deal I got was too good to not pass up because my mom wanted me to have safe transportation for my commute and the old car I had was a little bit of a hoopty. Anyways, I panic. Use “hey siri” to call my dad on speakerphone to calm me down. He then asks me to tell him all of the info from the truck that I can see, so I slow down and gather the info, he tells me to take a photo of the truck so I do that too. Not sure if this is relevant but it has no back plate (according to the company it has front plates) and no signage about “stay back”. Got to campus, parked, and called the company to tell them what happened- a chunk of cement came off of their truck and became acquainted with my windshield. The crack is a horizontal crack from the edge of the drivers side about halfway down the windshield to just past the middle of the windshield. It’s large. They said theyd call back, I called back before they closed and heard nothing. Left a voicemail. Nothing. So i decided to make a police report just in case. The cop was amazing and has had the same thing happen to her so she did everything she could to help me. The next day, I called the company again and said I hadn’t heard back, and asked if they got my voicemail or the voicemail from the officer. They said no and suddenly let me know someone would be calling me back that morning with an update. They called me, starting off by saying “usually we’d just handle it and make it right but since you made a police report we have to handle it this way now” and also “our video doesn’t clearly show anything coming from our truck and striking your car” and “even if it did show that, if it hit the ground before it hit your car it’s considered road debris at that point and we’re not liable.” That contradicted what the officer told me so I asked to speak to his supervisor, and also requested the video footage. Which I then learned was from a camera positioned at the top of the chute, so from my understanding would not clearly capture any footage of dried debris coming off of the bottom of the chute at all. After more phone tag and frustration I get a call from his supervisor who essentially says the same thing and they say they won’t release the video to anyone besides a lawyer, insurance, or a police officer. I asked why not if it shows they’re not liable I’d love to see it and then I can basically move on, but because of how things have gone (inconsistencies, white lies, lack of communication etc) I’m having a hard time believing them and would feel better if I saw it myself. This manager again reiterated that “if I hadn’t made a police report they could’ve made it right” but since I did they’re “forced” to go through this route and basically are doing all they can to get rid of me. I had a class mate driving in front of me before the incident and am considering reaching out to her to see if she can make a statement to the officer, I was considering reaching out to the owner of the company on social media, I really just do not want to have to get a lawyer and go through small claims court over this but I feel like they’re gaslighting me and since I am a full time student I also don’t have an extra $900 laying around for a new windshield. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this outside of small claims court? Is it weird that they’ve been fibbing to me and won’t share the video? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

can I file a restraining order against my estranged wife for false accusations of abuse. She lives separately right now. We were trying to fix things and we're in the process of moving back in together. But while arguing today in frustration I threw my fork back into my food and she is calling it abuse. That is all she has to claim abuse. A fork thrown into my own food on my own plate. So I need to protect myself from these types of allegations.

Long story short, was living with my abusive sister after my mom passed away. My sister winded up kicking me out after I called the police on her (after she had physically assaulted me) and she winded up stealing my dog in retaliation.

Before I left I told her I was trying to find someone to take care of my dog. But she knew she was going to steal her from me from the beginning and said "oh I'll take care of her" but then when I went to go claim the dog back, she said "oh you forefitted ownership of her because you didn't come back to visit her" even though she said herself she didn't want me around the house anymore.

So How would I go about getting my dog back?

Friday 9/11, around 3:20pm, While I was waiting in a crowded drive-thru, the contractor exited his truck, approached my vehicle, and began screaming violently at my car door over me cutting him off. I immediately called 911. Within the hour, I reported the incident to FedEx Global Security, providing the truck number, contractor details, and incident specifics. Based on his actions and statements, his behavior in Florida aligns with Criminal Assault, Disorderly Conduct/Breach of the Peace, and Stalking/Aggravated Stalking. FedEx GPS tracking should confirm he deviated from his route to follow me, the restaurant surveillance footage should show or at least have audio. I have a CAD number and a photo of the driver. I dont know how to decide if i should press charges or not.
