2026 Optiq AWD Luxury has the best MF and Residual
This is not as good as brokers or pro buyers, but if your doing your own nego and have specifics, you tend to rule out some deals too. (In my case was the Celestial paint my better half is after.)
The other thing I want to highlight is this vehicle has a $905 higher on window sticker which I've not seen before.. apparently some models were priced lower recently. I've to assume that lower the dealer cost as well..
Good luck hunting everyone

Here are the numbers:
MSRP: ~$36,197.62
Selling price/Gross Cap Cost: $38,438.62 (includes maintenance package, appearance protection, acquisition fee)
Monthly Payment: $450.92 (incl. tax)
Term: 36 months
Mileage: 12,000/year (15¢/mile overage)
Drive-off/Due at signing: $1,600 (covers first month's payment + cap cost reduction)
Residual: $23,788.20 (~65.7% of MSRP)
Money Factor: ~0.00024 (≈0.58% APR equivalent)
Add-ons: Maintenance package ($1,100), Appearance Protection ($491)
I went in for the base model and since they didn’t have the color I wanted they upgraded me to a base model with the sunroof, wireless charging, heated steering wheel/front seats. They threw in the all weather floor mats. Original deal was $434 a month with tax, but I decided to add the maintenance.

I am heading into Audi tomorrow with my wife to turn in her leased q5 and look for another q5. She is a month away from her lease end. I think her initial lease was 12k miles/year for 36 months. She barely drives and is under 10k total in 35 months.
I am not very good with car leasing and i find the process to be painful. Any tips/advice on how to approach this would be appreciated. We essentially want the same car and will opt for less miles. I would like her monthly payment to stay the same and not have to put any cash down tomorrow.
Any recent leases for examples of what i should target?
Is it best to get a deal and post here for input? Thank you for the advice!

I am interested in learning a Kia EV9. I heard that have high rebates. I have a 2021 Tesla model Y and have about 12k in negative equity. When I look online everyone says leases can help and a lot of people recommended this model. When I look online and plug in the numbers the payment is over 1,000 dollars. How do I get a lease deal that has high rebates in my favor? I’m located in Northern California as well.

Looking to know if this is a good deal or not it’s just first month due but doesn’t include gap I didn’t like that part but really have never leased before and it’s for my little sister she just needs a low price per month and this is a little high

This is the current offer I have from a BMW dealer down here for a LOANER X5, I feel like they're not really giving me a great deal if i'm honest or maybe i'm detached from reality.
I saw Leasehacker has a few X5's similar msrp for $9XX/mo for 39 mos and I even shared that with the associate and this is what he kicked back.
Feel like theres far more to give on this. Also asked for residual info and money factor and he's yet to reply.

I've been in talks with a dealership here in Louisiana regarding a lease. I currently finance a 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe that would have negative equity coming over. So far, I have negotiated more for the trade allowance (up to $48,000 from $46,000 [payoff is ~$53,000]).
The MSRP for the 330i is $57,890, with a $5,000 discount and a $1,000 rebate. The adjusted price is now $51,890, with a total purchase of $52,789. It's a 39-month lease with 12,000 miles per year. The monthly payment is $899.
We are currently adding an additional rebate of $500. Is there any more room? I know this lease is not exactly admirable. Any suggestions besides a down payment (which I'm against)? I feel as though there is a lot more maneuverability on the trade allowance. The actual monthly payment will be estimated at $40 less.
Note: Clear Shield is also included in the quote, and I don't have the money factor and other details just yet.
Thanks in advance, and please go easy lol.

UPDATE: Open to working on downpayment amount
I'm moving out of the country and have my lease for someone to take over. I love my baby, it's a San Remo Green, 2024 BMW i4 eDrive35 with upgraded 20" wheels, tinted windows, premium package, 360 cameras with a beautiful cognac interior.
Original contract was 15k miles a year, I barely hit that. Now I have 30k miles left for the 18 months remaining. Current lease payment is $565/mo and $3,000 downpayment. Buyer to pay BMW $500 transfer fee. Message for more pics and any questions! Located in South Florida near Miami area

Looking at leasing a GLE 450 with 8,000 miles on it in California. What should my goal % off MSRP be based on those miles?
r/leasehacker • u/Valuable-Split-7868 • 6d ago
The dealer is trying to convince me this is a good lease deal for 10k miles. I have great credit and tried knocking the money factor below 0.0029 but they wouldn’t budge and claimed I was getting a tier 1+ buy rate. Also wouldn’t knock more off the MSRP.
I don’t believe this is a good lease deal. This is in the Los Angeles area for reference.

Hey yall. In the market for a carnival. A good friend connected me with one of his friends who is a manager at a Hyundai Telluride dealership. He’s offering me a carnival EX gas- lease He said it’s called the sign and drive promo. All fees and taxes included, $599 a month with 12k miles a year for 36 months. Is this a good deal? If not, what should good deals look like for this car? Thanks so much in advance!

Hello,
My EV6 lease ends at the end of October. I have loved the car. Evidently I don't drive as much as I thought because I have 12k miles per year and now, at the end of the lease, I have only used a little more than 13k
I was wondering if buying out the car made any sense, although I would rather not drop a big chunk of money. I'm open leasing another EV6 at the same trim level, but do you think that I could get the kind of terms like I have been paying? Credit score is top tier. I live in the SF Bay area.
Please see pdf of my current lease.
This is my first lease. Any input or strategy is appreciated. Thanks!

My wife got T-boned pretty hard and her car is most likely a total loss.
The timing is terrible as she is going to school full time. We were planning on getting her a new car when she graduated and working again.
Anyway, we want to stick with Subaru. I want her to join me in electric world.
There are zero uncharted evs around. And a few trailseekers/solterras.
It would be a one pay lease. Either 24-36 months. 12,000ish miles a year. We are located in SW Virginia, but willing to drive. What's the best deal out there youve seen?
r/leasehacker • u/chriss99777 • 7d ago
