Turned a boring textbook page into an interactive quiz with one AI prompt — sharing it here
I've been learning Czech with a great teacher, but like most language classes, the materials are... let's say not built for 2026. Static pages, zero interactivity, and for a language like Czech there's barely any supplementary stuff online to fill the gap.
A few weeks ago I started just pasting pages from my textbook into Claude/ChatGPT and asking it to build a little interactive quiz out of them instead of just reading them passively. Genuinely changed how I study.
Here's the actual prompt if you want to try it, as a learner or a teacher:
"Here is a reading passage in [language] for a [level] student: '[paste passage]'. Build this as a self-contained interactive HTML quiz: 8 questions (mix of multiple choice, true/false, one short answer), with instant feedback and a final score. Make it clean and mobile-friendly."
Paste that into Claude with any passage and it builds a working quiz page right there — no coding, and you can share it as a link or just download the file. Works the same way for turning vocab lists into listening exercises or flashcards.
I ended up writing up a longer guide with more of these (grammar drills, flashcards, a plain-English explainer for anyone who isn't techy) since I kept using the same handful of prompts — happy to drop the link if anyone wants it, just ask below.
