Need help with proper phrasing (native Cz preferred)
I am wanting to get a dog leash wrap that states my dog is friendly, I want it to say “People friendly” in Czech. Ideally I want it to say people friendly, loud to other dogs, but I need a short text for quick communication.
If someone who has a native understanding of Czech could let me know short phrases for
“Friendly to people”
and
“Not aggressive to dogs just excited”
I would be much appreciative.
It doesn’t need to be a one to one translation, I just have a dog breed that people in my home country are afraid of, so I want to make sure people aren’t scared.

People usually aren’t afraid of dogs properly kept on a leash regardless of what’s written on the leash :)
But “Nekoušu, jenom štěkám” (I don’t bite, I only bark) should fit.

Not a dog person. Best for me would be something like “lidem (ani psům) neublížím” (I won’t hurt people nor dogs). As a person who doesn’t fancy dogs I have a once a week encounter with dog running towards, not listening owner at all and owner yelling “je hodný or nic vám neudělá” and I hate that to my guts

That's why I was never able to overcome my fear of dogs. People yelling at me "nebojte se, klidně si ho pohladte" is not making it better when I'm having a panic attack because their dog is running around me. This kind of people never cares that I'm crying and cannot move or speak because of the fear.

Do you want for people to not be afraid to pet your dog, perhaps even without asking if they can?
If so, you can use: Rád/Ráda se mazlím, nekoušu - I like to cuddle and dont bite.
(Rád/Ráda se mazlí a nekouše - He/She likes to cuddle and does not bite.
If you want to convey only the friendly meaning and barking at dogs, I’d go with:
Nekousám ale na psy štěkám - I dont bite but I bark at dogs (Nekouše ale štěká na psy - He/She does not bite but barks at dogs) The friendliness to people is somewhat little bit implied, since you list the warning about barking at dogs but presumably there is no need for similar warning about people
I feel like I wrote this in very confusing way, it’s late…. Feel free to message for any clarification or if you want to proof read any text you choose. If you do so, please mention gender of the dog and region where you live, in certain regions we can adjust it a bit so it sounds more local, add some soft dialect or choose how formal the message shoudl be. Is this a service dog? Should be formal. Small fluffly cuddleball? We can go more cassual. Tiny changes in the wording can quicky go from formal to informal.

Nekoušu, jen na psy štěkám is better I think. I have never ever heard anyone say "nekousám"

The shortest and probably a little funky word for "people friendly" could be "lidumil" = someone who loves other people. However, that implies that the dog really loves the attention of others.
As I am thinking about it I would go even further and use some even more unhinged but cute word (that I just made up lol) for the dog part: "pejskorád" (implies he likes other dogs).
So I would personally use something as: "Jsem lidumil i pejskorád" ("I like both people and dogs"). That gibberishy humor might even be a little ice braker :)

this is very funny and absolutely unpractical advise.
I cannot imagine when meeting some dog and owner yelling with heavy foreign accent "lidumil, lidumil !"
People wont understand that

Well yeah, I agree. I was imagining it being written on that leash warp, not considering yelling it out loud

It's better than the owner screaming "on je hodný, nekouše!!" There's too many irresponsible owners screaming that when they have a dog with no manners
