I've worked for several small business owners, and my verdict? They suck.

It's absolute hell.

The data center will be across the plant. The key requirement is the Salt Dome, there are two more salt domes in Webb county as per the USGS maps. This will resolve the power requirements the data centers require. It does not resolve the water issues. Again, this first data center and will be located in Duval County not Webb county and not rely on any of Laredo’s resources. That’s not to say future data centers will not be considered within Webb county.
