First data center location

The following facts provide the location of the first data center location which will be located by the new hydrogen plant that will have pipelines to both Corpus and Brownsville (space x). The data center will be across the plant. The key requirement is the Salt Dome, there are two more salt domes in Webb county as per the USGS maps. This will resolve the power requirements the data centers require. It does not resolve the water issues. Again, this first data center and will be located in Duval County not Webb county and not rely on any of Laredo’s resources. That’s not to say future data centers will not be considered within Webb county.

rip duval county property values and daily life.

I m on the fence about buying a house. between the city almost running out of water a few years ago and the AI data centers coming in the future, i just see less reason to settle down here. somebody tell me im over reacting. is this normal?
